Amazing stay I'll be coming back!

I liked the price and the quality, I loved the friendly service. I'll stay here any time I'm in town!

The only things I didn't like are very minor but 1. The microwave didn't work. I was offered two solutions one being a new room and one being wait till the next day for someone to come in. I felt this could've been as easy and letting me use a different microwave or just swaping them out moving rooms is such a hassle but again very minor I decided to stay in my room and wait till morning for someone to come. And the second thing is not being allowed to connect consoles or roku devices for streaming to the t.v. it would be a amazing upgrade and good investment to get smart t.v.s or even to just allow devices. Again super minor gripes. Over all loved my stay.

It’s was okay

The first room smelled like smoke. So we asked to move. The second room smelled strange too. It’s not the nicest place to stay to be honest. But it was okay for a quick overnight stay.

Great stay, comfortable beds, quiet room, and great location!

We’ve stayed here multiple times and we had a great stay every time. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel is in a great location and quiet, it’s also next to many eating places, but the free breakfast was great and had a lot of selections like bacon, sausage, biscuits n gravy, waffles, cereal, juice, and coffee.

Not great customer service and smelly rooms

It’s in a very convenient spot!

The rooms smell terrible! TURN THE AC ALL THE AY DOWN AND OPEN THE WINDOW. Most of the staff were nice but one was so rude. I had to move rooms 3 times due to smell and fire alarms not working. They were not very accommodating. The bottom of the bathtub was black for not being cleaned, I put a towel down.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

Overall good value and comfortable but rude staff

When checking in the front Desk person was extremely unfriendly and rude, very bad first impression. The hotel itself is not bad the beds where comfortable had a big bathroom with tub, the location is great and the place was clean.

Very rude staff when checking in, not even a good evening or welcome, was like we where bothered him by checking in.

Disappointing

Location

Bathroom wasn't clean, key card security door wasn't locked. Hallway had torn wallpaper throughout, and breakfast was a joke.

Fair value for the price

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The television has two remote controls, and I had to figure out how to use it on my own. I have stayed there two times and both rooms had two remotes. One changed the channel, and the other one controlled the volume. The door was very hard to open. I actually had to go downstairs from the third floor with my dinner in hand because I could not get the door key card to work. Once I was shown the trick I was able to do it, but it should be easier. Also, I had trouble with the door lock on my last stay too, it was a different room. Lastly, the hair drier in the bathroom didn't work. I know this hotel and know what to expect but it's cheaper than the local competition by enough where I'll put up with a few things. I travel alone so it's ok. If I had a family, I'd stay somewhere a little nicer. I don't like to say anything bad about them, the staff is friendly and the location is very good. If they fixed a few small things I think they could charge a little more.

Staff was helpful. In general the place is run down. Responsibility lies with ownership.

Breakfast good. Location good

AC didn't work and was not fixed. Side door propped open compromising guest safety. Torn wall paper in hallways. Overall, very Dungy.

Not a clean feel; dirty walls, bathtub, & corners, crumpled lampshades Smoky hallway outside non-smoking rooms. filthy elevator. No attention to detail.

The rooms were spacious.

The bed. It was uncomfortable for me however others may disagree. Not able to have a late check out was unfortunate.

Horrible

The outside of the hotel and location was great

Once you got into the room, it was a dump. Housekeeping used this power or spray to cover up the room smells and I had a reaction to the smell. The smell made my eyes swell and caused my asthma to flair up so we left two days earlier. I well never use that hotel again
