Clean room
The room was nice and very clean! Cleaning staff is on point except for the dog smell. I’m totally in support of dog friendly facilities but would have appreciated being asked if I minded staying in a room that has hosted pets. We were in room 130 which was very clean but the smell of dog was terrible!!! I didn’t make a big deal because we literally only slept there for a few hours. Otherwise I would have asked to be moved. Pet friendly rooms should only be offered to those with pets or otherwise ask guests if they mind staying in a room that has hosted pets. If nothing else for the allergies 🤧 aspect of it. I was super itchy all night and the smell was pretty pungent. Again, I didn’t make a big deal because it was only for a few hours and the room was clean.

Location is very peaceful! Very green.
Breakfast buffet can be more diverse.

The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.
Everything was fine! It takes about an hour to get to downtown LA and other sightseeing attractions due to the location of the hotel.

Gym isn’t 24hrs. My room claimed to have a sofa-bed in its “facilities” list but didn’t upon arrival.

The coffee was available 24/7. A lot of snack choice and other stuff in the lobby. Okay.
I went to the pull but a lot of kids and so I left after some

Room has no isolation from outside, above and below. The room smelled like bleach.

The all around atmosphere was great
I really enjoyed the clean lobby as well as the clean & updated rooms (especially the restroom)
Also the fitness room was very clean
The price for the continental breakfast was over priced, if it had eggs maybe it could be justified & the cook to order breakfast was just one item...other Hiltons had all you can eat (EVERYTHING) at same price as the cook to order breakfast

Staff was super nice.
Furniture was scratched & visibly worn. So looked cheap. Rooms need to be refreshed.

There was so much noise between floors, outside party during almost everynight...

I loved the room it was great and clean and the pool was lovely and the downstairs room was awesome and the outside grass area for my service dog was lovely
everything was fine the rest of the trip but when we checked in the lady at the front desk tried to charge me a dog fee for my dog he is a medical alert and after I showed her the vest and told him exactly what he was for she asked for his paper work because if I didn’t have she’d charge me for it. we ended up arguing and I told her if she wanted to charge me it she could I had no issue paying for it. after everything happened . my family were all upstairs I had come down with my two cousins to the store downstairs so they could buy their self food I am the oldest so I went with them as I was looking after them and I had gotten a water and the lady at the front desk wouldn’t stop looking at me and you’re probably wondering why right? for context service dogs are supposed to get their rest time in so they can be ok to work they’re dogs as well not just working machines my service dog was getting his rest in upstairs as he worked all day and I was just going down stairs not far from him or my room. and she saw I didn’t have him she wouldn’t keep staring at me or what my little cousins were buying. I went down two more times after that and this was later in the night when I went down from my room with them so they could buy more things and all the times I would be seen with them she would glare at me with a face and look at all the things they’re buying as if she had an issue my cousins also noticed this which is why I didn’t think I was exaggerating. the lady who checked us out was very sweet . but anyways all this made uncomfortable overall and when I checked out today at 12 she started me down walking outside . just overall I felt judged
