The most amazing R&R experience ever!

Cleanliness and attention to detail. The suite with the patio was perfect for a family with kids and a puppy!

Great location. Loved the room and outdoor shower.

Liked the style and feel. Staff was great, particularly the valets.

Restaurant was not as good as hoped and slow service but many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

A true gem in Napa Valley for business and leisure

This place is a gem in Napa Valley. Perfect for weddings but also for business travel. I loved having access to a hot tub that was literally hot. I also booked a massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had.

My room was far in the back and I has a little patio but with no view and surrounding walls.

the property is great but the rooms were a bit dated. the water shower flooded, the attachment to steam seat was not clean. when you are paying so much - it did not stand up to its quality.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic.

My expectation on the price was not met by the amenities and bed comfort. The bed was scratchy. The sheets were not comfortable and I expected more amenities and a larger fitness facility for a hotel at this level.

PERFECT!!!!!!

The hotel was prefect. I cannot think of a negative statement. The staff were professional but friendly. Joseph , who drove us in the van, was accommodating and an absolute gem. I loved the artwork. Someone put an effort into making the physical place as enticing as it is. Add the wonderful staff and , as I said, a perfect situation. It is a huge asset to Yountville.

There were no negatives.. I defy you to find one.

Stayed here for a long weekend

Room itself was great! Services were nice, gardens were nice. My family needed to prep for a wedding (driving up from the bay) and having dual sinks in the bathroom was cinch. Overall great stay!

Didn't understand pool cabanas to be honest. Coffee was mediocre.

Average stay at best

The staff was prompt and pleasant. The energy of the property as a whole was very nice and relaxing.

The pool was closed for a private event the evening we stayed and I had not received any advance notice of this closure. Our group had been looking forward to evening swimming. The outdoor gym was nice but completely full in the morning. I would suggest they add equipment and space. It seemed small for the size of the property. Blue "security or device" lighting in the room was pretty bright while trying to sleep. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were broken and did not pump correctly. The complimentary breakfast was base for the luxury level of the property and breakfast service to the room was slow. I realize these seem like small issues but the definitely added up. Expectations were higher at this price point.

Good location

For anyone who has to get up in the middle Of the night to use the rest room it’s at the opposite end of the room. Past the fireplace and living area. No dimmer in the bathroom so no night light Also fireplace flame was super low. Looked like the pilot light. And the sink drain needed to be replaced

Well designed rooms and grounds. All the attendants were very helpful and always available. Many good restaurants in walking distance. We will return on another vacation
