Great area and easy walking distance to everything!
3.5
Convenient location, spacious suite
Requested fresh towels at 9am for 2nd day. At 4pm they hadn’t been replaced. Had to make second request.
4.5
Facility was great. Room was clean and spacious. Met needs for trip.
Room rate was a little high and parking fee was pricy.

Breakfast was great! There was a great selection of food and the dishes were swapped out frequently to keep everything warm. The staff were pleasant and friendly as well and I thought that they made an effort to create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
I'm hard-pressed to come up with any negatives, but if I had to nitpick, I would probably say that the rooms look a little bit dated. You're paying a bit of a premium price for location, which is awesome, but there are more affordable options. Maybe not better, but more affordable.

Nice staff.
Spacious room!
Nothing.

Hotel was very close to the stadium
The hotel jacked up their prices 5x what it should be if we had the stayed the night before and not during the Swift concert. Rooms are old. Don’t think they were cleaned well. Hotel couldn’t handle all the ppl showering after the concert and we had cold water only.
4.5
Location rooftop bar breakfast was really good
Valet parking $$$ especially when the parking lot is right next door to the hotel
5.0
I love the location and staff.
I was double charged even though I booked thru booking. Com , the hotel didn’t understand how to just charge me just for parking.
1.5
The fitness room was superb. The Breakfast was good. The rooms were large. The valet person was excellent, great attitude.
My check-in was very stressful, they claimed they didn't have 2 rooms although my reservations said I did. I thought I was destined to be on the street, little sympathy from them. I'm missing an Apple charging cable and jack when a cleaning staff came in when I was told no one will come into my room until after I left. Not pleasant experience.
2.5
Rooftop bar was nice and lovely patio area.
Only had valet parking which we were not warned about. Front desk staff were not friendly. Interior was outdated. The bed hurt our backs. No matter how much we adjusted the thermostat it was hot.
4.5
The staff we very friendly and the breakfast was amazing!
That you had to Valet or park on the street with a meter and that there was no pool.

Location and staff were perfect.
A bit dusty

The front desk and every staff member we encountered were SO nice! They were also very accommodating as we traveled 3.5 hours for a concert. It was the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert and a Reds game so the entire city was very busy. We couldn’t believe how well the hotel ran and how welcomed we felt.

Great location to downtown attractions. Great views from rooftop bar.
Bathroom could have been more updated.

The location was perfect within walking distance to the heritage bank Center.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, at check-in, check out, and throughout the stay. The Roof Top bar, the valets, front desk, and even the maintenance work we met on the elevator all had a welcoming energy that is so much needed in the life we are living now. Thanks to everyone for making me want to say with the Phelps Residents Inn everyone I visit Cincinnati..
It's not I didn't or don't like it. I inquired about a possible upcoming visit, and the rate is almost double what I paid for this visit.
4.5
The location was excellent for us. The staff were great and extremely helpful.
The room was a little dusty in a couple of places. Kitchen items were a little sparse.
4.5
The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t any designated parking and that we would have to pay to have someone park our car after paying a lot to stay there.
3.0
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and bad to wait over an hour. The breakfast is horrible. The quality of food is not good and the beds are not comfortable.
3.5
good location so easy walk to stadium/concert venue; very nice lobby, nice room, breakfast was good, quiet rooms, friendly staff (especially the car valet, loves his job, so he must be a very valuable employee obviously) - overall nice & classy hotel.
mandatory valet parking fine but limited area for it in front and no overhang for inclement weather while loading/unloading; bathroom faucet was wobbly as was toilet seat; only one bath towel provided in room for two guests; soap bar too small; weak shower water pressure; toilet water level way too low

Karen at the front desk was so helpful - though we arrived early, she accommodated us and assured us we could park there and enjoy the festival in the city though it was only 10am - that saved us a lot of hassle. She and the valet attendant were very kind and treated us with a great deal of care and warmth - it stood out to my wife and i as going the extra mile!! Then - the breakfast was amazing - and the breakfast crew were hard at work to take care of everyone - - Angie, Tasha & Debbie were amazing - thanks for a great stay!
