breakfast was ok, nothing special, did have a good variety. location was great. tv had its issues. a little sprucing up of the rooms would be good, paint.

Except for the above, everything was fine

Very convenient to the highway. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious.

The only problem was that we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room. We were able to go to the front desk and get fresh towels and supplies

Hotel needs to spend some money on their staffing issues(housekeeping--pay them & they will show up!

Kudos must go to Ms Riggs - she was able to juggle multiple problems & several upset customers while holding her composure & she displayed immense professionalism. I suggest she be compensated if you plan on keeping her as a valued employee!

Check in was not available @2pm as promised, it was closer to 3 before we got in a room (due to lack of housekeeping) The room door wouldn't lock. One of the 2 mattresses was very old/lumpy. TV did not work. As we were leaving, we saw another guest showing Ms Riggs a bug they captured in their room.

Overpriced, understaffed, mediocre stay.

Room smelled terrible - like someone had been smoking in there since the 70s. Carpet was wet, likely from previous people or housekeeping? It was unclear and pretty gross to have a large wet spot on the carpet. Remote did not work for the TV. Pool was out of order, patio door took all my weight to push it open or closed - and was open when we checked in (like, not shut). Bath tub was banged up, dated, and didn't drain water completely. Floor of the tub felt soft and/or crunchy underneath. Unsettling. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff was arguing with another guest who was having trouble checking in. There were 4 staff members behind the counter but only one was checking in guests (and having a loud, stressful argument), while the lobby was filled with 4 other groups waiting to check in.

Comfy bed, horrible customer service

Took 45 minutes to check in because the front desk attendant was sleeping in the back office. Only had 6 hours to sleep because of my job with the power company and the storm that slammed the area. Never heard back when I reached out to the manager and GM.

Passable

The pool is undergoing maintenance and there was nothing on the website stating it was closed. There was tons of hair in the bathtub, a frozen exploded can of soda in the mini fridge freezer and left over food and crumbs on the floor underneath the desk.

The spa tub was amazing, easily big enough for 2 fully grown adults. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Walmart Patrons Welcome

Priced for the Walmart store shopper. No frills, no real housekeeping, dust was really bad. Jacuzzi tub I requested didn't work. I think better for those truck drivers close to 87, and one night stopovers. 3 nights here and don't want to return. Front desk ok, very basic.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Much better than other hotels I've stayed at. The woman in charge was wonderful, constantly replenishing the things being served. The room used for breakfast was very clean also. Especially loved the pancakes and the Jetson style machine that made them.
