Just okay.

Simple budget friendly hotel. For the most part, clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Comfy pillows.

Our room: beds were hard. Rooms small. TV did not work...had to unplug a cable box, hit reset and wiggle outlet to make it work...each time. Not cleaned thoroughly. Pool was really cold and area was not cleaned. (Hotel seems short staffed) Staff not dressed professionally.

Would stay again if just adults but wouldn’t bring kids again.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool was really disappointing. Was very old(mildew) and something on bottom of pool (broken tile? Something else broken?) hardly any seating at the pool for the non swimmers.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location.

Clean, comfortable room with good view of the parking lot. The location was good. Parking seemed secure. Restaurants nearby. Seemed secure.

Roads in the area are super rough. I was in the area at the time of the College World Series, so things seemed more expensive than usual, and the hallways, lobby, and parking lots seemed to have a lot of rowdy baseball players around. Noisy.

Room was pleasant in appearance and clean. Nice features.

Didn't have a shower curtain which made a mess on the floor and made it slick. Insufficient outlets for plugging in laptop at desk and for charging phones.

Want a refund for all of the bad issues

only nice thing was it was right off of the highway

The room was way small for the price, not clean, tv did not work and was told the WiFi had dropped but everyone else had working tv. The one person there tried to give us another room but that tv also didn’t work. I would not ever recommend staying here and we have stayed at other Microtels without any issues. Only one girl was there and no management. The rooms are also not sound proof by any means, loud thumping outside and above us

The window seat in room was very nice. Bathroom was good. Staff was congenial.

Cable was out 2 of four days. No eggs on breakfast bar on chilly morning heated pool was cold.

Easy access from the interstate and close to the horseshoe casino and restaurants

The TV in the room didn't work and there wasn't a microwave or fridge in the room as in other comparable rate motels

Comfortable room; friendly staff; good value; decent breakfast; quiet room.

TV in room only worked once over 3 night stay. Couldn't maintain signal. Coffee maker not close to outlet no matter where I moved it, so never was able to use it.
