I’ll recommend you to stay!

The room has space to move around. The housekeeping staff is very polite and helpful. They do a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The swimming pool stay cleaned.

The breakfast could be a little better.

Enjoyed my stay will book again. Worth booking here again.

It was easy to find and very peaceful

Well I didn’t like that when I came like 15 minutes early and my room wasn’t ready.Where housekeeping told her 30 more min. But she put me in another room so I was satisfied with that room.

that there was still soda bottles left in my room sheets had bedbug stains on them. I had to take the sheets off and just sleep on the top sheet. The pull out sofa couch had a blood stain on it and of course the laundry mat was unplugged so it wasn’t working and no I didn’t feel like saying anything to the guy and arguing with him about it because I’m an hour and 30 minutes from my home.

I am from Florida,, I've stayed at many places,, while traveling, but this place is better then the hilton.The staff was great.. this is a wonderful place.. I've never been to any hotel,, they have room service everyday. Fresh sheets, fresh towel. Great service

in the booking website i put i was gonna check in at 7-8am and the lady didnt let me get my room until 3pm.

The breakfast was nasty.

Everything- the blankets were very thin, only small pillows for king size, molds on the wall in bathroom, No wifi info, tv is too small for abt 8 ft away from the bed, and hair blower isn’t working.

I had a pleasant stay and was happy to have stayed there.

Nice, clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast could be better but was not bad. Good location.

I wish we had gotten four pillows instead of three for a king size bed. I was told by the office this is their standard protocol, however they did give me another pillow when I asked.

I love the way the rooms are made..it's quiet and relaxing 😌

The fact the I pay my money but can't smoke a cigarette in the AC......I had to go outside in the heat and smoke!🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Great quite safe place to stay

Staff was AMAZING... Property and rooms very clean . Very quite and safe . The pool was clean .and grounds we'll kept . Guest laundry , ice machine and vending was stocked and. Easily accessible.

it was. great. for light breakfast. wis. there was eggs. and. bacon. overall was. good improvement. be. more. organize. did. not. have. any. napkins. more. milk is. needed.

problem. with toilet water running constantly. I report it. that was taken care of immediately, toilet. was. nasty. when we. first came in... no blow dryer in. the bathroom which is needed.

We made the best of it.

My son came and we were getting in the car to go eat supper. I forgot something in the room and went back up. The phone rang in the room and it was the male Manager yelling no visitors at night. It was 8:30pm and my son had already left the room and was waiting in the car. I felt he was rude and provided poor customer service. I saw a bug crawling on the bed and told him and he hung up in my face. I took a picture a picture of the bug and went to the office and was moved to another room. The first room had an iron and no ironing board and the next room had an ironing board but no iron. Housekeeping came the next day while we were out eating breakfast and stripped the bed throwing the cover on the floor. My daughter was in the room so she noted no service on her clip board and never returned to put clean linen on the bed. I got back that night at around 8pm and took a photo and asked for clean linen for the bed. Housekeeping did not service our room the remainder of the time we stayed but on the last night we were given toilet paper and clean towels.

Come on in the waters inside are fine!

Hot tub was in separate room than the bed. Nice location.

Staff was nosey and a bit rude. Pool was dirty.

nobody was there to check us in so we couldn’t stay and had to find another place to stay!

Overall a pleasant stay

Location was close to everything.did not have breakfast at hotel as all restaurants were close by.the only thing was my room upstairs was a little difficult for my elderly partner to walk up and down, upon check in when asked about Floor room I was just simply told no,no follow up from front desk
