Renovation

Location was perfect

7am breakfast staff was very rude to guest. I had complained to the front desk about it (one male one female) and they both looked at me like I had 2 heads. Nothing was done. Night one, the microwave stopped working. I went to the front desk to inform Josana the situation. She put in a service order for the maintenance personnel to come check it out. Wednesday night arrives without the presence of the maintenance team nor a word from the front desk. Long story short, we didn't receive a replacement until Thursday afternoon because I stopped a staff member in the hall. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. My partner and son eyes were burning for hours after being in the pool along with sinus irritation. Funds are still on hold and haven't been released and it's well past the 7-10 business day policy

Never again

The "lady" at front desk was the rudest and laziest person ever. Called down repeatedly and she was hanging up the phone instead of asking me to wait. When confronted about not answering phone she told us to screw off! We called and asked for the manager the next day and he never called back. Never experienced anything like this before. Stay somewhere else.

Cannot believe this is part of Best Western hotels

It was just ok

Rooms were not clean, stains on the curtains, spider web on ceiling, very small bathroom, water does not flush out in bathrooms so taking shower a nightmare experience, water in the shower was yellow, mediocre breakfast, electric charger does not work and staff has no idea on regarding that, check in experience was horrible

Book through the hotel next time.

Breakfast was adequate.

Bathroom sink was slow to drain, hot tub was out of order. There was a serious water pipe leaking in the breakfast area. I was told by management that I paid double the rom rate by booking through Booking.com.

Disappointed. Best Western has always been our hotel of choice.

The breakfast and the pool were very good. Many of your staff are excellent.

Major safety concern in our room (Rm 310). When we opened the door for fresh air, the balcony railing was found to be missing bolts on the top and the the bottom, where it is secured to the wall. There was no notice on the sliding door alerting us not to open the door. The front desk receptionist (an older woman) was very rude. When I advised her of this safety concern, she replied, "why did I open the door? The room was scheduled for construction the following week." She basically asserted that it was my fault because I opened the door. There was no notice on the sliding door alerting us not to open the door. I also asked why we were put in Room 310 with two young children under 5 with such an unsecure railing. Once again, she replied that it's going to be fixed next week. I told her that I took a video of the railing, so no one else should be placed in that room until the railing is fixed. She never replied, *PLEASE NOTE: If Best Western is interested, we will share with them the video of the railing. We understand that there are inconveniences and challenges with such a large scale reconstruction, but some shortcuts should never happen.

Will never deal with Best Western again

There was nothing to like about this hotel or the staff

The hotel was under construction. It was not noted when I called the hotel. There were no lights in the hallways there was trash piled up in the hallways the carpet was bunched up and it was a tripping hazard there was wires hanging from the ceiling. The staff were the most miserable people I've ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast was cold
