We enjoyed the condo rental. It was spacious and comfortable.
Our room could have been closer to the ocean.

The location was superb. It wasn’t crowded like many places in Maui and had great restaurants near it, including coffee shops, ice cream and a pharmacy that we used. It also had a nice mall that was wonderful to go to for healthy food. Also of note, parking was very convenient. The cleaning service did an excellent job. We loved having access to a washer and dryer. The view of the ocean was incredible!
I’m struggling to answer this question. I’d like to mention something but I really can’t think of anything. Oh, I wish it was less expensive, not because it didn’t meet my expectations but only because everything is so expensive these days. But would I go again at the same rate…YES

Location.
The condo was simply shabby. Your booking.com photos are bait and switch.
Only after I booked the property, did I realize the photos they show you are not necessarily representative of the unit you'll be put in. So I called property directly to ensure an updated unit. However, upon arrival I was still put into an outdated condo whose interior was decades old, dark and shabby. When I called the management company, the staff challenged me, doubting I had called them directly after booking to ensure an updated unit upon arrival (which they agreed to during that phone call in October). I even had the staff member's name as a reference, but they insisted 'that person doesn't handle rental units' and 'we never guarantee units through third party companies.' I told them I wanted to move and they said they'd put me on a 'waiting list'.
The unit was also poorly equipped from the kitchen, to the bedroom, to the near non-existence of beach accessories. I've stayed in Wailea units for 20 years , I know the differences (which is exactly why I knew to call and ensure what I would be getting), and to still get put into a dump, and be challenged by staff about it, was beyond disappointing. The location is great, but the units are dicey and the staff unhelpful and condescending. Their position is that you are 100 yards from the rocky shore, so you'll accept whatever condition condo they put you in, and if you don't like it, there is nothing you can do about.

We were exceptionally happy with our one week stay in Unit 708. It was two bedrooms, we just used one, with two full bathrooms (we used!). Large glass sliding doors and screens (didn't have bugs, but kept the birds out who liked to look on our deck for crumbs.) Sat out on the deck lots, especially gorgeous views of sunset. Very nice grassy area above the beach, with covered loungers and keycode controlled so only residents could get in. Beautiful sandy beach with some shade all day. Units have beach chairs and towels. Very nice pools and exercise room. Grounds are lush with many flowering plants with an excellent ground crew keeping them up. Hope to return next year with daughter and family of young children. Will also say that Hawaii and Maui are exceptional in following COVID restrictions. We virtually never saw anyone inside without a mask, and no one minded it. Felt very safe.
That we couldn't stay longer!

Meticulously groomed shrubs and lawn..gorgeous. Our unit was small but this situation was compensated by the unit having two bathrooms. Also, our unit had beautiful water views …even though we were no where near waterfront property
The bathtub drain was non-functioning. Impossible to take a bath. Also, although the toilet worked, the mechanism was very slow.

This property worked well and worked with our plans. The rooms were spacious. The patio was spacious and the view was beautiful.
The furniture was dated but adequate. It served it's purpose.

Great condo, fully equipt, the view is beutifull, great beach. We had a great time there, some shops around, not to far from lots of hikes and nature.
The fact thatthere is no bar , and we have been asken to be quit few times at the pook, when we played with the children.

Great location and the best seaside resort, in my opinion, the snorkeling was fantastic.

Elua Village exceeded our expectations! The place was even more beautiful than the photos. Steps from the beach and the condo was gorgeous! We had an incredible ocean view even though we booked a garden view and the landscaping was absolutely breathtaking. The wrap-around balcony allowed us to sit and watch sunsets every night. The beach below was full of the most colorful fish AND sea turtles! We booked a snorkeling cruise about a half-hour away and we actually saw prettier coral reefs and fish outside our condo than when they took us out on the boat. Steps away from snorkeling and paddleboard rentals - we paid $108 (per person) for four days for unlimited use of paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards. There were luau's each night and we could hear them from our place. There's a beautiful upscale mall within a 5 minute walk to shop, eat, and relax. There's a market at the mall and you can buy groceries, beach items, alcohol, personal items, whatever you need. We bought groceries and ate on our patio and had picnics each day at the beach. The room was ice cold AC and felt amazing. This was a like heaven on earth and we would definitely go back!
The washing machine broke on the 2nd day but the staff was wonderful and offered to wash/fold out clothes each day. We didn't need that - we only needed clean towels and they brought us those daily. The plumbing got clogged a little in the master bath (shower and one of the sinks) but more of a nuisance as it took longer for the water to drain, but it still fully worked, just took longer. Wasn't a huge deal.

We had a wonderful stay. Elua village is beautiful. The pools were fun for kids and adults. We loved walking on the ocean view path daily. Our unit was very comfortable and clean. I will say it was odd we didn’t get our unit number until we landed but it all worked out really well! We will stay here again for sure!

Gorgeous peaceful property with lush tropical gardens and breathtaking views of the pacific ocean from our balcony. Two minutes to the best walking beaches on the island. Spacious comfortable unit with amenities to create a home away from home, including washer and dryer. Well equipped modern kitchen. Newly renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers and towels galore. All spotless clean on arrival. Property is in walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach hotels.
Unclear house cleaning service. Daily housekeeping was advertised but we were notified was not available because of Covid. An unexpected unit cleaning was provided after 4 days of our 12 day stay than nothing except an unannounced towel/linen exchange after one week. These things did not bother us much just wished for better communication about it. The unit was easy to keep tidy ourself and there was no lack of towels. High end knife set but all dull.
