Good location, pool, on-site restaurant
Room was hot the entire stay (we put the thermostat on 64 and still sweat throughout the entire night). There were dogs on the 2nd floor after they told us that there wouldn’t be so much allergies were horrible. Our comforter smelled like pet urine and the host didn’t believe me when we told here. And lastly, someone pulled the fire alarm and that forced everyone to evacuate.

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Patio was a nice perk.
I found it odd that the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were in the bathroom.

There was no breakfast or lunch although it is advertised.
There was no room service friday, saturday or sunday. Had to use old towels and no room cleaning.
There was a wedding party staying there and they stayed up til 2:00 am making noise and knocking on doors in the hallways.

The hotel is located very close to central Burnsville, close to shops and restaurants in a very nice, quiet and secure area. The staff was helpful. The restaurant is really nice with lots of options and just slightly higher than average price.
The A/C and heater unit was very noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. The microwave and fridge was in the bathroom, which makes me question their cleanliness. I wish the hotel had clearer instructions on how to turn on the showerheads, as it took me a while to open them. The free breakfast included with our stay was only a few tiny pastries, that's it. Any thing else would cost extra.

The location was great, close to restaurants and my destination, staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfy
The restaurant on site was only open very limited hours

Housekeeping failed to clean our room #322 after the first night's stay. After we returned from site seeing on day 2, the room was filthy and no linens had been changed or supplied. We complained to the front desk. It was after 7PM and nothing could be done to clean our room. This was a terrible way to represent your hotel. The 2nd night of our stay should be complimentary due to this mistake and lack of attention.
Housekeeping needs to get their act together.
