My room was quiet and comfortable. I was visiting people in Milan, MI therefore the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better by including cooked eggs with a daily variety of different hot items.

Television did give me some problems by not switching channels when I tried. This was very annoying.

There was a fire near the entrance to the reception area / lobby. I was woken up at 2:30am to fire alarms and firemen pounding on the doors. Nothing was explained to me by the hotel staff. I was on my own to figure out where to go. I called the hotel this afternoon about getting my money refunded from the rooms.

The room was open and clean, comfortable, good bathroom. Comfortable bed. No smells, well done, nothing shabby. I'd stay there again

The room provided what we needed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly at check in and very helpful.

internet stopped working at 10:30pm. Breakfast was OK. Waffles are always safe but sausages did not look appetizing and there was a pot of something I thought it may be hot oats but not sure.

Hotel was clean, staff were professional.

the pool was nice but dangerous. The shallow end said 3 feet, but there wasn't 3 feet of water...3 quarters of the pool was knee deep.
