Low quality hotel

The elevator still not working. Hotel supposedly remodeled but the remodel quality is poor. Staff not the friendliest or helpful.

Not this location. Felt like a motel stay with a higher tiered hotel price.

Close to the main highway.

None of their elevators were working- as according to them they were renovating. The room offered to us was on the 4th floor. We found out about no elevators upon check-in, which was not ideal as we had already unloaded all our things, including our infant. They then suggested we could cancel it if we wanted. It was a long day of travel and we all needed dinner and to rest ASAP.

no elevator we have been alocate rooms on 4th floor so we go all the way to 4th floor by stairs , very painful with laguage.

Hampton Inn should have stated in the website that elevator was inoperable.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the location was also good.

It was extremely disappointing to be told when checking in that the elevator was not working and did I still want to stay there. The check-in staff said they sent an email regarding this. I would not have stayed there when looking for a place to stay if I had known the elevator didn't work. No ground floor rooms available, we were on the third floor. Laredo heats up early year round so it was disappointing.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly.

Hotel is remodelling so elevators didn't work, everyone had to use stairs. My room didn't get Wifi signal. There were no signs of the remodeling, you didn't even know how to move inside the hotel.

A lot of noise, the rooms and the elevators arent clean. The breakfast its poor, the coffe really disapoint me. 🥺

I am sort of disappointed

location was good

we planned on staying 2 nights but the water was shut off the second day being there for about 4 hrs so we checked out. breakfast was till 10 we got there a little before 9am and they had nothing but waffle mix. :(
