The front desk set the tone - go somewhere else.

Excellent hot water and good water pressure.

1. The television did not work. The repairman tried, tried, tried to repair it but could not. 2.. The ice machine did not work. 3. The telephone did not work. 4. The front desk employee was unfriendly and disinterested.

The interior of the Lobby is nice, breakfast ok

We had an old room that should be renovated. It was not quite what we expect from a Hampton Inn. The pool was empty but probably because of the season..

All in all a good place to stay

Good breakfasts. good varity of things to chose from.

Something, maybe a/c heating unit in space next to our room was very noisey and could be annoying at night trying to go to sleep.

Good place to stay

The coffee was pretty good. Checkin and checkout was effortless. Spped of elevator was very nice, most seem lije long waits and travel.

Dull lighting in bathroom, lighting could use some updating. Outside electrical would be a plus for charging boats.

It was decent enough to sleep in.

The property was very quiet and cozy.

You never seen any staff unless you went to the front desk and they don’t restock the rooms daily unless you ask. The bathrooms need some major cleaning and the bedside stand was hanging.

Hampton Inn Morristown is an awesome place to stay while enjoying your vacation!

The breakfast was delicious. Each day held a new variety of food as well as some staple foods. You could prepare some of the items themselves or serve yourself from the heated containers. Lots of different selections!

I was pleased with everything. Our room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly. There was a stand holding various brochures recommending local activities. Breakfast was included and delicious!

Very poor on Booking.com part

I booked 2 rooms on your website but when we got to the hotel they only had one room reserved. I showed them my confirmation but they insisted it was Booking.com fault

clean, awesome front desk staff and breakfast staff.

asked for clean towels. Front desk staff wrote it down in the proper area. I didn’t get fresh towels. I even helped out with the trash and put it all together and tied the garbage bags. there was a male cleaning person on floor 2 7/26/2020. no clean towels. went to front desk and received the towels I needed. The female cleaning crew was awesome just saying.
