The bed and pillows were comfortable

Very dated and needs some updating. Pool was very dirty. My husband went in and immediately had severe burning in his arms and hands which lasted the rest of our trip. Found out it was from a parasite in the pool water. Had to run out to get benadryl and cortisone cream for him to get any relief.

The location in proximity to the airport.

Didn't really like anything about this place, other than how close it was to the airport. Everything is in major need of updating and or repair. The carpet left our feet black, there were white stains by the door and also slightly smelled of urine upon entry. There was no shower curtain in the room, we did receive one 2 hours after reporting it to the front desk staff. The bathroom also had broken tile on the wall behind the toilet. Just all around unpleasant. The location is loud from the traffic so it was hard to get any sleep. Got called a stupid B from someone in the parking lot trying to cross back over to our room. They stopped like they were going to let us go and then processed to cuss us out. I also have been charged twice for this room, two different amounts. I booked through booking.com but when looking at my credit card statement it was charged twice. The property said I have to call Booking.com. Hopefully this is an easy fix. :(

The floor in the room was dirty.you walk on it, bear footed, and your feet turn black.The toilet seat was broken. The a/c unit was in the worst place. The handles on the tub and sink were coming off. There is no fan in the bathroom. We had to open the window to let the steam out.

Bad location, place was filthy, smelled terrible, mold in bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, A/C didn’t work well. Bed blankets were full of stains.

I was with my bf eating something that we buy and the guy on the staff he goes to the room y knocked on the door just because the food smelled Strong, we were eating and we don't hear that he was knocking on the door y he opened the door and I think that's no appropriate to do it, you know what happens if we had been doing something else and he just enters to the room?
