My daughter loved that there was a peloton in the gym. Breakfast offerings were decent- cereal, grains, waffles, eggs, potatoes and a meat. Bed was comfortable.
Foyer, halls, communal space weren’t real clean and fresh looking. Carpet frayed, clunky elevator, dirty carpet.

I left at 6:25 AM and breakfast was not ready so can’t comment on breakfast.
Breakfast could have been ready earlier, allowing me to take something with for my drive time.

Everyone was welcoming even the other guests!
Nothing at all!

Cabinets and furniture in room outdate, peeled may cause seration injure to customer other seem to outdated, love the location .
Cabinet laminated peeled off / owner may need to look over and replace stuff to be more attractive to the customers

WE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BREAKFAST.

Kitchen was closed on day one of two day trip. When it was open, far below normal Hampton standards

The location..
No breakfast at all ....
The reason why we booked this hotel because they offer hot breakfast but nothing at all..
And no microwave oven.

Hotel Manager Danelle Moss was extremely rude to both staff and guests.
Was double charged for stay - once at time of reservation and 2nd at checkout

Good location, staff was very friendly; breakfast could have fresh fruit like bananas. Shower had nice water pressure. Bed and pillows comfortable.
There was an odd dirty diaper smell in the room. Lampshades between beds need replacing. Carpet in entrance tattered. Tables need to be washed in breakfast room.
3.7
Staff was nice. Good breakfast.
No area to sit around in a lobby.
3.7
Staff was fantastic, good selection of breakfast items

It was clean.
Toilet overflowed. Tub was I little dirty.
3.7
Didn't have enough storage to put your clothing during your stay. Breakfast was not replenished often and not many choices.
3.7
convenient location
potholes in the parking lot. we asked for maid service and it didn’t happen twice. breakfast staff let everything run out and never refilled any of it. one morning we went 2 hours without coffee.
3.7
Location was easy to get to.
1). Quite dated facility. Blue painters' tape on furniture (desk) to keep edges together. Stained furniture, rusted and/or dark spots noted on bathroom sink/tub and torn/worn curtains.
2). Low quantity of breakfast items therefore limited choices. Seemed staff was slow to replenish food choices.
3). Room smelled musty. Luckily only spent little time in room.

We didn't stY here they.overbooked us.

A BIT WORN
3.7
Breakfast items like coffee and hot foods weren't kept replenished when empty. No napkins ("on order").

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was nice
The hot tub was out of commission, the swimming pool was a little too cold n the microwave wasn’t in the room, the other one a little to small to be in dining area in my opinion. y’all should get Like a regular size one wit like 1100 watts to heat food better. Elevator a tad small.

rooms were updated and very nice, the rest of the place was very dirty
the breakfast area was so bad, we did not even stay to eat anything

it was clean. The cleaning staff works hard at that. It smelt clean when you walk in and the rooms started out clean.
They were not willing to do housekeeping even after I had stayed there for 2 nights. There was rarely a full breakfast. They ran out of a lot of stuff and not willing to make more even though there was lots of time left until breakfast was over. Ran out of all juices and milk so wasn’t even able to eat the cereal that was offered. I was there for 7 nights and only had one day where they came in and gave me clean towels and made my bed, and that was only because I asked them too. The beds were not comfortable at all. Super firm and my back was sore every morning when I woke up. Never did get a good nights rest.

The beds were pretty comfortable.
The front deskYoung lady was really
The hotel was close to gas station ,restaurants and Target and others convenients.
Close to the highway.
They booked our room to some one else .
So we where stuck in a animal friendly room that
Smelled awful .
The shower had slow drain so it was like standing un a bath .
The first morning the complimentary breakfast was lacking. They didn't keep up with eggs and sausage
I'm on low carb diet and all the options where carbs .
The hotel was outdated and smelled funny .
There was no fending machines for snacks or drinks ?
The side door key card reader was broken so you had to enter through the front .
The hot tub was put of order .
The manager didn't want to deal with us because she was about leave when we where checking in
thank God for the young lady that checked us in who was given responsibilities that she handled well while her manager was lacking and rude .
