Good location for space center - facilities need some updates

The breakfast was nice. There was a good selection of foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we tapped the room card, it flashed red. We went to the desk and got new cards. They did the same thing. It winds up it did unlock the door, but we didn't know since it flashed red. There was a damaged lamp which had been repaired so poorly that it leaned over. The carpet felt wet and we couldn't tell whether it has been recently shampooed or if water was leaking somewhere.

Affordable good two day stay. Wish the property was more updated. Room needs to be checked for mold and the old wall pap

I liked the location

It’s a bit old. And the lighting in the room is very dim. There’s mold/mildew on the walls and the lamp in the bedroom room and inside the bathroom as well.

KUDOS to the staff they were nice and courteous!!! The front desk area was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good, room was nice for the price...elevators were a big plus!!

The room air conditioner had a strange scent when it turned on, not a deal breaker since we travel with Lysol and Febreze.

Exceptional

This review is obviously based on value. After a very long day of driving I was ready for a hot shower and comfy bed.... and that's exactly what I got! The lady up front was excellent. I'm not sure if it was my fault or the hotels but I was booked in a single bed but needed a double. The lady at the desk (I'm afraid I forget her name) was terrific and got me a double. It even had a tub with jets which was great. I would definitely stay here again if passing through. About 10 minutes from the Space and Rocket Center as well. Oh, the breakfast was pretty tasty as well!

No complaints. Well ok, the biscuits at breakfast were cold but whatever.

Superb

I loved the store in the hotel lobby. It had what I needed and was very reasonable in price. The staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful.

Leaving. I was enjoying my vacation. Seriously I didn't care for the smell of marijuana in the hall and the doors slamming late at night did make for a not so restful night.
