The most amazing customer service from check in to check out.

The breakfast was so amazing. The red velvet waffles were the best thing.

Everything was great except breakfast selections

Breakfast was ok, maybe a better selection of food. Gray, biscuts and eggs were cold. No juice when I had breakfast.

Location, pool

Mattress was terrible and tv didn't work in one of the rooms we had. Need to update matresses

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Nice acommadations. Will stay again.

Breakfast was good. Would have like some bacon or sausage to go with eggs, biscuts and gravy but that wont keep me from coming back.

Side door from the parking lot was unlocked without needing key card to get in. Though handy with luggage anyone could come in and not be seen from front desk area.

Great room. Would stay there next visit.

Breakfast was great. Clean room. Pool and hot tub were excellent.

TV did not have a sleep function. Need to have separate remote for TVs that have a Direct TV remote so you can use this function.

Didn’t eat breakfast, hotel was clean

Air conditioner was super loud and woke me up. I understand the guy snoring in the next room or the couple fighting but the ac kept me awake every time it kicked on

came down to breakfast at 8:30 am and there was nothing left on the bar and the server didn't offer to put any more out. I had to go to a restaurant for breakfast.

Did not live up to to the Hampton Inn standard

location was convenient to get to, quiet neighborhood, not far from food choices.

Ok but Hilton standard is not here. This hotel needs to be better because it is in a resort area.

Staff is excellent parking good too.

The cigarette butts out the back exit all over. The elevator floor openings need much better cleaning on the metal floor door openings. It’s not Hilton high standard. The pool and jacuzzi are in need of complete renovation on the floors inside the pool and have Big holes in the concrete of pools. Very bad. It looks terrible. It’s not Hilton standard. No boiled eggs at breakfast. Only chezzy omelettes which many do not like. Variety more needed. No milk or chocolate milk available to drink.

I liked the hotel, except for the smell near the elevators that might have been coming from the bath

I liked the variety of waffles and breakfast bars.

The breakfast could use fresh eggs and gravy.

Passable

Our toilet chain inside the tank broke and we had to take a piece of yarn and tie it together to make it flush. We reported it but no one ever came to fix it.

Don’t waste your time

Our stay was miserable. Beds were very hard and lumpy. Bathroom had mold around tub and sink. No cleaning service. We were there 2 days before we were told you have to call the front desk for towels, etc. and you have to pick them up at the front desk. Room was never cleaned. If trash needed emptying, you do it and tie bag and leave outside your door. Hardly any hot water for showering and water pressure very low. Breakfast was a frozen joke. When I complained at front desk, the young man told me he had heard those complaints quite frequently. If you’re going to lower your services, you should lower the prices.

It was a clean room and good location

There were girls running up and down the halls all night. I hardly got any sleep. Banging noises and loud sounds.
