Need to improve internal sound proofing

Comfy bed, and the room was clean. We didn't hear much noise from outside...

We could hear everything inside... People walking above, floor creaking above, the elevator ding, and regular conversations in the nearby rooms. Earplugs helped, but could still hear it. The HVAC system also couldn't be just hot or cold, so it got up to temp, and instead of turning off, it keeps going until it's above temperature, then it starts blowing cold air. Rinse and repeat.

Very pleased with the place and cleanliness. I will definitely stay her in the future.

Property was well maintained. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Construction made it a bit challenging to exit the place. 1st world problems.

Nice and pleasant stay.

Location, breakfast, free parking, good wifi. Free flow of coffee. Helpful and responsive staff.

Some nice services available before is no longer provided. Biscuits, fruits at the checkin counter. Bicycles no longer available. Shuttle to surrounding areas no longer available.

We had a good stay at the Remond Inn.

Restaurant on location Free Breakfast 🧇 Location was a good place to visit (Redmond).

It was a 30 minutes from our Concert at the Casino in North Bend but it was mostly freeway.

It was comfy, quiet and clean. This will be my new "go to" hotel when visiting the area.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any noise from outside the room.

The usb ports in the lamps were removed. The only usb outlet I could find was on the back of the tv. Also, the breakfast was very minimal. Usually a place that has a breakfast room includes foods such as eggs, sausage, etc. The only hot item they had was waffles, which you had to make yourself.

Great room, good service, great location

Only elevator malfunctioned in evening, not fixed til morning. Had to haul 150 pounds of luggage from 3rd floor. Try to get a ground floor room.

The receptionists were all fantastic. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Location was great, we were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner which was also really good. We found it to be a great value with cost, comfort, location and service. We would stay again.

it was easy to get to. has a nice place to eat next to it and it was on are way to where we were going. it was perfect for us

Would happily return for another stay

Nicely cared for property with a friendly staff. Great location with easy access to the walking trail, coffee shop and restaurant.

Possibly inform people that the breakfast offered is continental not a buffet.

very good stay.

Was nicely located, very nice breakfast and reception. Coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours. I loved it! Also, the entire facility was properly equipped and reasonably priced.

The floor above made noises when someone walked.

Great Hotel value in Redmond

Housekeeping staff did exemplary job. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable.

The breakfast could be expanded a bit.

Average hotel - cheap for area

close to where I needed to go for my trip room decent size error in booking - nearly charged us for a week rather than a one night stay also booking did not show that the payment had already been taken from my card prior to arrival at 8pm - error corrected by staff and gave me receipt and proof of paid one night stay

location next to busy road was noisy the maintenance was emptying spa water as we arrived flooding the parking lot near the lobby

Bed was hard as a rock and hurt my hips and shoulders. Also- not a fan of tiny pillows.
