Everything walked in the room there was stains all over the bed sheets, dead bugs in the bathroom and it looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. Smelled in the hallway like pee.

I did not like anything about this property
I did not like anything about this property rooms were full of mold, staff was not friendly, beds are as hard as the floor, it smelled, feces on the walls in bathroom and they WILL NOT refund your money they advertise free breakfast which they do not have. This room was $89 plus tax . I have stayed in better for less.

Nothing at all!!
Everything. Starting with the 2 desk clerks. Then the housekeeping staff. Not having the rooms ready. Then the hotel is out of date. Nothing was working. Orange juice station was out of order. Ice machine out of order. It claim it having breakfast for us. NOT AT ALL!! We was served dried out mini muffins and coffee, which me and my husband don’t eat or drink. The carpet floors in the walkway’s and our rooms was nasty looking and disgusting. Bathroom was nasty too. Had to go get some cleaning supply to clean up our bathroom. This the last time I will ever stay at this Days Inn in Anderson, In

It was available and not expensive
The children did not feel safe and begged me not to stay. Didn’t feel like a hotel. Felt like a cheap, slum lord apartments. If you told me there were bugs I’d believe you. But we were all too scared to look. Hell we wouldn’t even open the fridge for fear there may be severed body parts in there. Parked initially on one side of the building. But after witnessing several drug deals we parked on the other side.

I did not like anything about this location! I was willing to lose money on this stay. The clerk did not disagree with my concerns!
This property should be shutdown by the authorities.

That my accommodations where done correct, my bookings.
Cleanness of the room was poor, there was basically no real breakfast as advertised, bed was hard, and the only chair in the room looked like someone pooped in it..

It was very unpleasant, the staff were unprofessional & unfriendly, a bit nasty plus everything needs a major overhaul / upgrade. That was my 1st & last time EVER stay there.

The room itself was ok but not much else
Dirty!!! Not stocked with promised accommodations, not informed of extra charge for pets on booking only at check-in.

Sleezy windows weren't clean, heater was either too hot or too cold, tub wasn't clean, lighting was very poor, noisy all night. Maid didn't come in and clean.

The rooms were filthy. The toilet was not clean, the toilet paper was almost empty when we arrived, the left side of the bed was broken, and worst of all my wife woke up with over 10 spider bites all over her body. When we told the front desk we were told to call the manager when he came in at 9. We called at 9:30am. The manager answered but told us to call at 12:30pm when the "manager" comes in. We called at 3:00pm and asked for the manager by name and when he confirmed who he was, my wife told him of our experience. He said he would give us 15% off our bill but reminded us that he did not have to give us a discount at all. I am very disappointed with the service and quality of this hotel. Save yourself a bad experience and choose another place!

The exterior was well maintained and it was close to Anderson University.
The interior of the hotel was dirty and poorly furnished. The lobby looked to be acting as a storage space for kids toys, furniture and boxes of household items. The halls and stairways were dirty and in disrepair. The room itself was cheaply furnished, dirty and the bed was lumpy. The sheets and blankets had stains and it looked like the carpet along the walls hadn’t been vacuumed in years.
This was not worth the price by a long shot.

The rooms were very clean, ac worked great, cooled the room off quickly. Great value for the money.
The breakfast lacked a little to be desired. Not sure if they are still following Covid protocol, but the only thing out for breakfast was coffee, a few muffins apple and oranges. No juice, no waffles, cereal or anything else!

the tub did not drain, the toilet was clogged, there was food on the floor in the room,

Free wifi
They changed my credit card after I paid cash for the room. And I showed them where they charged my credit card and they refused to give me a refund. So I paid double money for one night stay.
The staff was rude when I clearly showed them my credit card had been charged on my statement. They refused to refund my money. I see on Google reviews that is a ongoing problem.
