The breakfast is always good and it is in a good location and rooms are comfortable it's a descent value
There are no rooms with bathtubs just showers

They ran out of waffle mix, so had to eat a cold pastry. The room was pretty clean.
For breakfast we had to eat cold pastries because they ran out of waffle mix. There was a homeless camp three feet from the stairs, so didn't feel safe parking on the side. There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door. The shower floor creaked so bad I thought it was going to fall through.

I would stay here again. It was very clean and easy to get to .

The bathroom smelled as if someone used it right before we went in. I understand it’s the bathroom so of course it would smell but it was as if someone just used it. We ended up going to the store to buy air fresheners.
Breakfast was a disappointment. I would expect a little more especially since it was the weekend.

The 150.00 deposit on top of the room price. Why do I have to ask for my deposit back when it should just go back to the card used.

bad smell in our room, over priced for having a view of homeless camp near our window.

for the value, the room is nice
there’s a whole campground of homeless people at the back of the hotel. My room was adjacent to the camp and the noise and sadness of it all was rough

Fair would been nice if there were more options.
The room that we stay in it smells so bad it gave me a headache. The smell is like that because is so dirty even though it look like is clean.

Other hotels served eggs, that would be a great addition to the breakfast, cereal and toast not enough of a breakfast for myself
It was listed as quality inn I did not find it very quality. The card key was a challenge to get the door open with, sometimes it was rejected, had to use it several times to get in. I stayed there twice the first time I arrived, a gruff person did not welcome me, and complained about my car having a flat tire, believe you me I did not like that fact either.

Terrible time finding the hotel as it’s location had not been updated on Google Maps! I made the change for you and Google says it’s been seen 20,000 times!

We drove up to the property and unfortunately immediately left without even checking in, decided to drive two hours home in the dark instead. We did not feel safe in the area all. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town with an abandoned restaurant located in the front parking lot. I read additional reviews after we left, and previous visitors indicated that a homeless encampment is attached to the back side of the hotel itself; this would explain a lot. I cannot speak to the facilities themselves as we did not enter a room, but if you are concerned about safety where you stay, do not book here! Price was also extremely high for what was being offered. I'm warning the next family so they don't have to go through what we went though and similarly lose their booking fees or a night's rest!

Convenient location for overnight on the way to Santa Cruz area. Nice large windows that open up. Good fan to circulate the air while window was closed at night. Clean bathroom and shower.
The carpet was stained as were the armrests of the arm chair in the room. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the bed linen.

Breakfast was a quick to go breakfast good for the kids to not travel back home with empty stomach. The staff.....The one in the office not soo friendly but not rude either and the one in the breakfast room she was nice and helpful.
The place does not have a rating of 10 due to the view, saw some homeless reach in to the pool door, open the door and jumped in then got out. I understand it was hot but still. The room was not clean. Means carpet not vacuumed, bathroom looked like it had a quick clean and that's it. The sheets weren't white they looked old and yellow. My kids got bit not sure if it was bed bug bites? I looked around the beds and did not see anything so I don't understand.

The room was very clean,
Breakfast was mainly cereals and breads, although waffles looked good. Good in-room coffee.
Management extremely nice.
but lots of noise outside the room until 11pm until i called the front office to have it stopped. The pool was not open while i was there, and one of the reasons i stayed there. Also toilet had issues due to location of room next to laundry, the water backed up and soapy. Argh.
Breakfast was mainly cereals and breads, although waffles looked good.
