Staff was amazing

The location in the staff was excellent

People hanging outside our room, asking us for rides and other things. The shower top edge was broken. The vents in the bathroom were extremely dirty. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The handicap shower thing head fell off when my husband touched it. No light bulb and one lamp. TV kept going out on us. The bed extremely comfortable could use a couple more pillows. All the staff was wonderful. The maintenance man hooked us up with a great restaurant to eat dinner. I think if we stay there again, we would request an upstairs room away from the office because that’s where the people asking for everything hung out.

I liked the location.

This hotel was dirty with a broken toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder, only one working outlet, stains on the beds and the lampshades, and such dirty floors you couldn’t walk on them at all without the bottoms of your feet turning black. Also, on more than 5 occasions, we had horrible experiences with the staff; including being questioned about whether we had a reservation or not, the worker arguing with me about whether or not my card had money on it, and more. It was overall not a good experience and we will never return here, nor to another Days Inn.

To begin with, front desk staff is on point, rooms are comfy, and tidy per say. Satisfied.

I wish I knew about this place a long time ago.

The place is tidy, from the front desk to the rooms. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, stay was very enjoyable.

There's no swimming pool, but place has some suites with hot tubs, next time I'm going for that.

We definitely coming back...great atmosphere.

The place is more than we had expected, it's clean, beds are comfortable, it's safe and secure, staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home before you even get to your room.

Cleanest Place!

One of the cleanest, nicest hotels I've stayed in recently. Perfectly clean room, quiet, very helpful staff, right next to a delicious diner and everything else that the area has to offer. Nice stay due to friendly staff and comfortable place.

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Springfield/Phil. Intl Airport and I was extremely impressed with my experience. Nice Place.

I recently stayed at Days Inn, Springfield and I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. Very Comfortable. We live in the area and lost power. The rate for the room was very affordable. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Nice place.

I recently stayed at the Days Inn and the Lobby was well-maintained and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

We booked the Inn for 4 nights but only stayed one.

The person checking us in was very welcoming and friendly. He did what he could to make accommodate us and made sure our room had everything he could offer.

That there was no shuttle to/from the airport, no mirror above the vanity, sofa not clean, could see right into the bed from the outside as shade left a 3" gap. Lights didn't turn off by bed (had to unscrew bulbs), Coffee maker but no Coffee, hairdryer holder, but no hairdryer, 1 broken TV that was just sitting on a table. The room had potential.

We had to be moved from one room to another because our bathroom sink was disconnected. Our new room's blinds didn't cover the windows you can see into the room from outside. The heater /a/c was damaged. The floor is ugly and dirty. The towels were poor quality and the staff checking us out were talking to maintenance people instead of us.

Will Stop Again!

This hotel was a good value and perfectly suited to our needs. Clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Made reservations online and check-in was smooth, check out even easier. Will stop again.
