Rooms are big and we have a nice view facing north.
There is a 15$/night extra fee that is not shown in the final price.

Room and location

Location and the 5 window view and large bathroom
The garage with no elevator and lugging all your stuff up and down
3.5
Location. Ocean view. Kitchenette.
Stiff furniture. The elevators are slow. Hidden parking fee.

The location was amazing. Loved going right out the doors to the boardwalk, the bathrooms on the boardwalk are right across. Easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Loved that after checking out you could still stayed parked there for a couple hours.
Pool hours should be a little longer.

Location
Parking without elevator and they gave me the key 1 hour after the time and when I left they didn't give me 1 hour more, they were rude.

Everything was great😀

Liked the bellhop service.
Did not like the room service. You had to call 24 hours in advance to get your room serviced. It should be a daily thing.

The room was very spacious my kids loved it, didn’t like the view to much during the day, but it was better at night with the lights from the other hotels.
The room furnitures can do with some updating and bed was very noisy it was waking up my two year old, the sofa bed was very flat and a lot of the frame was exposed, my son hurt his mouth on it.

it was neat the broad walk and the staff was kind
old furniture, bugs crawling around , not clean

Fantastic view, our own kitchen with stove and refrigerator, comfortable bed and a nice size bathroom
Lighting in bathroom could be brighter and all hotels/motels should have makeup mirrors!!

Location was tremendous. Right in the boardwalk. Room had wonderful side view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Third party restaurant on main floor was great for breakfast and lunch. Central to many casinos. Very quiet rooms. Pull out bed was comfortable. Very spacious main room and kitchen.
Shower was worst in my life of 64 years. The shower space is very small and stupidly the shower head they use does not swivel downwards to spray body below upper chest. Need to replace shower heads immediately with ones that can swivel to point downwards more. Small space in shower is worse as the corners are rounded for shelves which take up more room. Would be better if they replaced showers in jacuzzi tub (outlet was there but closed up) and put a curtain around jacuzzi.
Pull out bed was fine. But bed in bedroom was also horrible as mattress was too wide for whatever was used as box spring so you felt like you were falling off the bed all the time especially as there was a hump in the middle of the bed.

The room was nice and large and spacious The View was gorgeous
There was really nothing that I didn't like
4.0
I liked the location and the view.
The rooms didn't have any dressers to put your clothes in, and no full size mirror in the room.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious.
Front desk / check in. It took an unexpectedly long time to check in with only 1 person in front of me. The first room I was given was occupied. Which then caused me to go back to the desk and again up to my room. While everyone was pleasant, it was added inconvenience.

rooms were priced better than casinos and on the beach. view from our room was very nice and the layout was decent. Hotel shows some wear and tear but the bed was decent and the location was very good. unless you are a stickler for top shelf this place is a good 3-4 of 5 in my book and would stay again if in the area.

I like the view from our room
nothing I can think of
