I wish I had asked to see the room before booking

It was grab and go. No where to sit. Disappointed that best western is affiliated with this property

Did not like any thing about it. Definitely needs to fix this property. Several things wrong including the door, cheap.

Basic but clean, friendly and decent breakfast

Basic but clean and spacious with a fairly decent breakfast included. Free parking a bonus and a cute little pool area to eat breakfast

The floor was not clean. I cleaned my feet when I arrived and I walked across the room and my feet were dirty black again. The bed was not comfortable, I could hear the cars passing at night, the handicap room did not have a tub adequate for the person with her disability. We were expecting a shower where she would not have to pick up her leg. Also, the air conditioner would turn off after a short period of time and make the room hot. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and this one did not measure up.

Did not met people with disability expectations.

Nothing - horrible place

Old tired building painted to make it look new. Smelly room. Pool with no shade. Dodgy customers. Felt very unsafe. Didn’t stay the night for these reasons.

Not far from beach. Room - bedding and towels were clean (but don't walk barefoot!).

Price is high for this kind hotel, but I guess it's ok on this side of Florida. Breakfast could be better.

Excellent stay. Mr. Patel goes out of his way to ensure you have a wonderful stay

This facility does not have the room to serve hot food but they have a nice selection of cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, peanut butter, jelly, milk, juice. We stayed here last year, both stays have been excellent we will definitely stay here again. Very nice place

The place was comfortable, and our check-in person was very friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. The price was way more than I expected it would be.

This place attempts to do the very minimum to keep itself running. The staff was the only positive.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty, door was not sealed well, toilet backed up and leaked, quality was very poor with repairs. The floor was extremely filthy.

Not great for the rate we paid

Location very close to the venue we had to be at, restaurants and stores very close by.

Very old building and not maintained well at all. There was white paint splattered all over the entrance to our room. Key cards didn't work on day 2, had to get new ones. No shampoo in dispenser in the shower. Touch up painting had been done but looked like a 3rd grader did it. Sink under mirror had badly stained drain. I could go on.

Good place to come back to sleep

Comfortable bed, extra toiletries such as hair conditioner.

Towel had a stain. Most soft drink options were not available in vending machine.

for the price I paid, it did justice for our stay.

location, price, ice machine right outside door. tv, microwave and fridge in room was a plus.

AC wasn’t cold enough, i think due to an offset/weatherstripping issue in the door or unit. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way.
