I loved the location the property was at. Very convenient and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

ALL of the staff were super hospitable and friendly! They really make you feel comfortable and talk to you as if you're family! The continental breakfast was always amazing, as well!
If you're staying for a longer stay, especially with a family or multiple people, it was hard to keep up with all the garbage pile up! We wanted to just take care of it ourselves, but we didn't have a dumpster available to us. I just wish there was more availability to throw your own trash away. There were also questionable stains on the sheets and blankets... But since we were in a pet friendly room, I assumed (and hoped) they were just stained that way. I could've requested fresh linens and such, but it's kind of a hassle to have housekeeping in when you're traveling with pets.

Choices for breakfast were multiple! Staff so very nice, could have enjoyed visiting with them longer, if not for them "on the clock"
Breakfast a bit too cool

The front desk Staff were friendly and great! Gave us one of the rooms with the great view. Breakfast was good. The bed is soft and comfortable. We had a good rest on the way to Yellowstone from SLC.

I have never been treated more rudely by staff at any hotel in my life. We walked in at 2:15 p.m., and the woman behind the desk barely said hello before she announced it'd be $25 extra to check in to our room before 3 p.m. (despite the room being clean and ready). We were carrying all our bags, and had driven for 9 hours to arrive there so I could give a talk at the university (which I needed to be at by 3), but none of that mattered. The hotel was obviously only interested in upcharging people and pointing out--as the staff did on two occasions--that we weren't Rewards Members. Apparently this hotel is only worth staying at if you're a Hilton Rewards member. Otherwise, don't bother. You won't get ordinary nice customer service, and will actually be belittled. At one point, another member of the front desk staff actually said to my husband, "You're not even a rewards member," and refused to give him a bottle of water (though they were handing them out to other people). The hotel also charges $75 a night for a dog (the highest we've ever paid anywhere--and we travel a lot and stay at nicer hotels than this). The hotel doesn't disclose their pet policy in advance (and blamed me for booking on Booking.com when I said I hadn't been told the charge was this high). Pocatello has a lot of hotels; stay at any of the other ones.

We liked how close it was to restaurants. And enjoyed the free hot chocolate.

We like the USB plug ins around the lamps. We like the shower (not a tub/shower) and the shampoo bottles on the wall. Nice to find a blow dryer we forgot ours. We liked the huge king sized bed and how clean the room was. The room was quiet, couldn't here the chatter around us. And we like the breakfast bar. This was our third time staying there and we will again.
Some jerk parked his truck and trailer sideways over three parking spaces.

Staff (Kobi) was outstanding. She was very pleasant at check-in, offering bottle water, directions, a room with a view of the valley (which we asked for). We asked for recommendations for dinner (pizza). We went with recommendation and it was excellent food. Facilities were very clean. Location was right off highway and not too far from downtown and food. Breakfast was good and seating area very clean.
No issues at all.

Staff was one of the better groups of people we've encountered during our hotel stays at various locations.
Coffee maker in rooms is poor brand and coffee packets are weak. No freezer compartment in mini fridge and no
microwave.
