It was close to the venue we were going to g to.

The room was falling apart mirror was screwed to and molding cracked on. Room smelled awful like mildew and mold. Bathtub was falling apart with water spiked just hanging out of the tiles. Morning breakfast was bare to none. Waffle station empty, coffee empty. No plates to even put your bagel on or cups to fill your juice. Pool not available either. Definitely not worth the price.

Location.

Lots of noise from outside and other rooms. We were not able to sleep properly. rooms were not clean, bedding were not clean. My kid was disappointed with interior and room lights, very dull looking room. I was very upset because my family was very disappointed with the room.

The property is good just a few things that need attention.

The shower head didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower had to take a bath , I had to re clean the bath tub because it had someone’s hair on the wall n sides of tub.. The sheet had a stain on it , I know sheets can be expensive but once a sheet becomes stained or when washed a stain doesn’t come out it should be thrown away or maybe go to the homeless Clothing bins ! No sheets should be on hotel beds that’s stained and noticeable.

The rooms were not cleaned well. I had to buy towels and wash clothes because the hotel didn’t have enough to accommodate the people staying in the rooms and had attitudes when asking for them. Staff was rude and unfriendly. The entire hotel smelled. The staff just stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable

I didn’t like anything about my stay and I would never stay with this hotel again

The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.

The pool was not clean. The water was very green and there was green slime/sediment on the bottom. We had really been looking forward to swimming,but my husband would not let my children swim in those conditions. Q

The bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work, the room had stains everywhere. The phone in the room to call the front seat didn’t have a cord to be connected to the Jack. And the room across from mine had people screaming and fighting all morning long
