Nasty room, the young man at the desk was nice.

There were roaches crawling all over the refrigerator and microwave as well as in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting

Never again, that smell was exhausting

The room smelled like old wet rug or dog I got in after 11 I Left came back put ac on to kill the smell. I ent to sleep feeling dirty

You get what you pay for.

Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable

This place badly needs an update. The bed was clean and comfortable but don’t look too closley at things, furniture is old and nasty. Sink faucet didn’t fit in the sink, the whole thing moved when you used it. Toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet.

Very nice.

Enter into hallways so my dog couldn’t get out.

To turn shower on had to get wet -freezing to boiling. TV reception not good even in cloudy area. I think the Direct TV dish needs adjusting.

Only thing good about this is it was close to the Turnpike & 295.

My room AC didn’t work correctly, the area I was in was very loud at night, a lot of yelling in Spanish. I had to plug up the refrigerator and it still didn’t get cold enough. Also women selling ass in the hotel.

The rooms had ants and roaches, a broken lamp and broken bathroom exhaust fan.

Drug city

The size of the rooms

Drug city, drugs are sold right out of the side door. Cars are being tampered with while you sleep. Its advertised as pet friendly but they are very discriminating if you have dogs. The picture on the website do not belong to this place. There is no gym, working laundry facilities or even working vending machines. You basically have to play treasure hunt to find where the dumpster is for this facility. The lighting in bathroom is very dim. So if you do your makeup bring a light with you. Last but not least, there is a little bit of a cockroach problem as I seen a few in my very dark bathroom.

Need to be reimbursed for no room telephone and couldn’t watch TV because it was raining.

No Breakfast, I didn’t know it until I went down stairs

Alright, could be better. It beats sleeping on the streets.

The rooms were clean & I like the jacuzzi. But there's still an ant problem. There's no breakfast. The front desk man at night acts like he's mad about giving out coffee creamer. I'm a very very HEAVY COFFEE drinker, sooo, I NEED MY COFFEE.

I didn't like the night desk man. He wasn't very customer service savvy. He always seem to have an attitude when I'd ask for coffee creamer. I didn't like the ants and the fact that there's no breakfast. Also, I don't like the fact that they don't allow you to check in before 3pm when the reservation page asks you for an estimated time of arrival. The room isn't ready anyway so it doesn't matter.

My wedding anniversary was ruined!

Pot smoking, not getting the room with a jacuzzi spa that I booked for, & cockroaches in the room. We checked in at 6:30 pm & left at 8:30pm. No money refunded. Disgusted.

Will never stay here. Left after check in to stay at Holiday Inn. Didn’t get refund but felt unsafe.

Bad location, not clean, loud music playing in other rooms, unsavory elements, overall did not feel safe at all.

I had a comfortable sleep, but really wasn't there long enough to have a true measure.

I noticed that of the two rooms booked, both tubs were really dirty. The room I stayed in had a door had a sticking problem ... it didn't open freely and there were ants. The guy at the desk seemed to have no help, so if a guest had any needs, there weren't any staff to provide them ... since he couldn't leave the desk.
