Pet friendly and nice accomodations.

One bedroom suite was ideal for four adults and one child.

Pool needed more water, filter not running and needed skimming for leaves. Still took a swim .

Close but dirty

The location

The room had mold in it. The sink was filthy and there was hair all over the bathroom when we checked in. I asked for my receipt when I checked out and was told I couldn’t get one because I booked through a third party but I’ve done this before and have always gotten a receipt.

overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

All staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Both Myja and Sherita from front desk were excellent. Tami- I believe was manager was super and awesome also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Katherine from house-keeping was great as well. As mentioned all staff members were friendly and awesome. enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!!!!!

First time staying at La Quinta. Very satisfied with ease of checkin, cleanliness of hotel overall as well as our room. Staff very welcoming and so pleasant. Bed very comfortable. We are a retired couple and have a limited budget for traveling. The price was amazing and definitely doable on our budget. Will look for La Quintas in the future!

Location of hotel, and the sitting chairs out front were nice. Breakfast was good except the fake eggs and the sausage. Waffles were good.

It wasn't very clean. I found an old coffee filter in the coffee maker. The bathtub almost overflowed while taking a shower. The lamps for the table and bedside table didn't work, but that's because 1/2 the outlets are burnt out and need replaced.

Not a perfect stay but perfect customer service!

Always get the best sleep here. The new bedding is top notch!! Location is great for Cedar Point and the parking lot in the back is tucked away and gives you such a safe feeling. Fire pit area is gorgeous! My biggest rave is the customer service. My daughter left an item in our room that got wrapped into the bedding and ended up in the laundry. They committed to searching and found it and even offered to ship it to us! They texted with me back and forth through the process which I found to be incredibly convenient. There were a few negatives to our stay but this level of customer service and genuine care will absolutely bring us back!

Either our room (226) is still in the middle of an update process or it left some room for more improvements needed. The carpet was sticky and gross. The color of the blue on the wall was just wild and off putting (didn’t match the LaQuinta blue) especially up against the weird color rose jacuzzi that belongs in the 70’s. There was hair on the shower walls and somehow hair in the freezer not even sure how that happens. The toilet was hard to flush. The biggest pain was having to walk to breakfast since we were in the detached building out back.

Enjoyed our stay, we’ll be back!

We had the one bedroom king suite. It was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. The pool area was nice with the fire pit and chairs. Staff was very friendly! The bed was comfortable and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch as well.

Worked for us, but might look elsewhere next time

Convenient location

Constant noise outside our room late at night. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and also floors in the room were extremely dirty. No housekeeping service, which was fine but we didn’t have any sort of sign or notice. Also, there was no shelf in the shower which made it difficult to handle soap. The breakfast was also barely stocked each morning.

Sandusky's best value

We got a welcoming text day of, when we got checked into our room making sure everything was OK & then when we checked out thanking us for our stay!! Staff was beyond great Check- in was easy our room was comfortable & a GREAT VALUE.

worst trip I have ever been on. booked hotel to stay in same hotel as my daughters basketball team. got moved to diffe

not much, location was nice

hotel over booked and moved us to a different location. went from a 2 king suite to a standard 2 queen. room had articles of clothing left in room, hair in linens, front door beat up and hard to close. hot tub was closed and green, fitness center small treadmill did not work.
