The location was okay. That is truly all.
I was appalled by the condition of the room, the bed, the sheets, the walls. I literally stripped the bed to check for bed bugs because of the condition of the sheets and feel of the mattress. There were long black hairs on the sheets, the pillow cases had stain marks on them. When I opened the pillow case, I found another inside even worse. The springs in the mattress were awful. And the noise was unbelievable.

Location was great. Easy freeway access. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and gave a good recommendation for dinner. We loved it. Office was great about letting us check out a little later than usual check out time.
Can't think of anything

The attention at the reception was poor. When I did the check in the person from the reception said they need my credit card for the deposit. I though it was charge and then giving back when the check out, no explanations given. When I did the check out (I was knock at the door 30 minutes earlier than the time) I asked for the deposit. The man from the reception replied with super bad manners, not respecting me and shouting. Finally, I got that there was no deposit charged, just in case something happen. But, again, I think they need to consider how to treat clients.

Great location for what I needed, room was well designed and laundry was very inexpensive. Fridge and microwave worked well, heating/cooling easy to adjust and effective.
The grounds, including stairway up to 2nd floor room, were very grimy, stairs were steep and narrow with no help offered for heavy suitcase. At first sight the room seemed very clean, except for overpowering fragrance, supposedly from the cleaning before check-in. I had a fragrance problem from a stay in a different hotel, so was very unhappy to encounter this again. I asked front desk if there was anything dispensing fragrance and he said they spray "air freshener" after cleaning. I requested please not to do that. The next time the room was cleaned, I told the cleaner beforehand not to spray ANYTHING, but when I returned later that day, the heavy fragrance was renewed again. I had to spend several hours venting the smell, with my door open, each time. I spoke to desk again and they called housekeeping to tell them no spray next time, but I couldn't trust after that, and used "do not disturb" to keep them out on my last day.
Finally, I noticed the floor had a greasy sheen in some places, and was sticky on my bare feet. One evening and morning gave me grimy feet. Looking at and smelling the continuing heavy perfume that seemed to come out of the heating/cooling unit, I found the grill to be grimy and with a coating of what I assumed to be residue from "air freshener" on the unit, which I wiped off. This all led me to think that housekeeping was only spraying perfume around rather than actually cleaning.

I needed a cheap place to quarantine during my unexpected COVID stay. This was the best option for what I had to deal with, and it worked perfectly for me.
The wood panel floor was kinda odd, but not really worth considering to be bad.

It was regular and homey. I enjoyed the simplicity of the room.
The bed was comfortable, but regular. There was a topsheet on the mattress where there should be a fitted sheet. There was a long hair sticking out of the carpet and I am bald

Owner reached out immediately to contact me about expected arrival time, cordial.
Provided detailed instructions on all amenities. Informed of local eateries and pubs. Checked it just enough to make sure the stay was pleasurable. Offered exceptional service and asked if he could assist with any other needs.
Best hotel I have visited in years. More managers and owners should take note of how to satisfy their patrons. Must stay!!!
Door was not well insulated.
Offer water or fresh juices to j replacement of the breakfast not available due to the pandemic.
