Love this little hidden gem

Stinky

Good breakfast.

Horrid smell of our room. Had to sleep with the window open and it was 28 degrees outside. Receptionist told us that “all the rooms smell the same”. All I can say is yuck, never again.

Room was comfortable. Was confused on what type of hotel this was. A man was giving haircuts outside the back door???

Location

No elevator. The swimming pool was green, Algae growing daily. It should have been closed off until it was cleared up instead of letting guest be exposed to all that bacteria

Great location, clean room and grounds. Staff was friendly as well. Hot, hot water which was great. Rooms were quiet.

Rooms could use an update as could bathrooms. Beds were decent but not amazing. Breakfast was very basic, but doable.

Very comfortable room but terrible wi-fi access.

The room & location were good.

The wi-fi was unusable. I could login to the network but navigation on the internet resulted in mostly time-outs. I gave up.

good staff, but bed bugs in room! beware

we didn't get to explore it much, but the layout, that they include breakfast with a waffle maker, the friendly staff.

we found bed bugs and had to move to another room, always check for bed bugs, they're a pain to get rid of! the shower was in poor condition, the tv/cable wasn't working properly.

A decent place to stay in Lubbock

Price was fair. Location decent and easy to get to by a Walmart, Applebee's and IHOP. Staff is always friendly even when booking.com overbooks the place at times which is not their fault. It's not a chain or at least it doesn't feel like one and their pretty fair about everything. We've been their multiple times and will probably return again.

Breakfast ended officially at 9am which seemed a little early but they still offered food even if you were a little late so they were nice about it. The breakfast itself offers biscuits n gravy scrambled eggs and sausage patties, waffles with cereal, oatmeal yogurt coffee, milk, and juice. It's not fancy but it's fair. Breakfast can get busy at times so be patient.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The person that checked us in was very polite and courteous i wish i could remember her name,I like the room it was very clean and the bed was nice and firm, also the breakfast was very delicious, this hotel is going to be my favorite to stay in Lubbock TX.

Everything was to my expectations no regrets.
