Le petit déjeuner. C’est un sac avec un gâteau, un fruit, une petite bouteille d’eau et une bouteille de jus de fruit. On ne peut pas déjeuner sur place. La clientèle est bruyante.

There was none offered. Couldn’t get snacks or beverages or ice as they were in a basement area with no handicap assess. Also had no cups of any kind to at least drink water
Had to get up early next day. Couldn’t go to sleep as toilet was running full force. Contacted desk early upon entry approx. 8pm. Finally serviced at 10 pm the maintained person was great. Fixed in a matter of minutes when he got there

The only upside was the manager, Ruth, was very kind and genuinely seemed like she cared in helping with any issues. She promptly fixed the internet issues the one time we were back in time to mention it to her, even if it did only work for a few hours. She also helped us with a quote for extending our stay a day, and getting the best price we could therein. The AC was functional (though loud), and the price was decent versus other hotels. The pool was open (June 29th was our stay, for reference), and seemed clean, even if we did not have time to use it (only open 8:30AM to 8:30 PM). The room did have a 32" TV mounted on the wall, and I believe basic cable access. Looked like an HDMI cable could be connected if you brought a laptop and cable, but we did not try - weren't there long enough to bother with the TV at all. The rooms were not extremely 'fancy' (I think it was worse because we got put in 127 - which was partly underground, so it felt a bit like a basement) but were not 'dirty' either - no bugs or anything that I saw, and I did look before we brought in stuff. If you just want a cheap, basic place only to sleep and rinse off at while on travel, and plan on being out and about the rest of the time, this will do fine. Just don't expect anything more than that.
The overnight worker seemed like she did not want to do a single thing. The internet did not work, and we informed the overnight worker. She said she'd inform the manager, and the next day still nothing. We told her again, and she told us we'd have to tell the manager during the day. We also talked to two other guests during our travels who also confirmed it has not been working. Next day, we did, and she said she'd never been told anything - but did promptly attempt to and genuinely cared to get it fixed (and did briefly). So, do not expect functional internet - it did not work the whole stay except for the one time the manager worked to fix it, and it went back out very shortly after.
The last day of our stay, we were considering staying another day to avoid having to get up and check out so (relative to our sleep schedule) early. Ruth, the manager, gave us the (pretty reasonable) price, and said to just come back if we decided we did want to. When we got back that night, we came to extend it, but the overnight worker was there. She looked very annoyed that we were coming in through the lobby while she was mopping. She said she couldn't extend it for us and we'd have to come back at 8AM (which defeated the point of extending the stay) or she'd have to charge us a significantly higher price - nearly double the price that Ruth mentioned. This was the last straw with her not wanting to do anything, we figured since we'd have to get up anyways (the whole thing we were trying to avoid) we might as well just check out and call it good enough.
The bathtub would not hold water long, and would slowly/quickly drain because the stopper was messed up. The AC was a bit loud, but did function (but was also above eye level so needed a mirror and a step stool to adjust it). The single-point wall-mounted LED lighting made it feel a bit dungeon-like, but I think this is just the lower rooms. The walls are also a bit thin, so just keep that in mind.

location
very old, same brown bag breakfast every day, worn out mattresses, very old property and heritage look at feel, no escalators, wobbling and snowmaking floors can wake you up if people upstairs walk in the nights.

Front desk attendant was positive and helpful. Bed was clean, comfortable and towels soft fresh smelling.
Room was in poor condition. Drapes damaged, toilet not securely bolted to floor, key needed 3 of 4 days, table lamp by bed not functional, chair old looking as well as a drab and dilapidated overall look/feel.

We found clothes in the bathroom from the previous people.
Bathroom was dirty with lots of hair in the tub and on the floor

Staff was cheerful and responsive.
The building has not been kept up, and everything inside is worn, marred, and dilapidated. There were stains on furniture, ceilings, floors, walls. Floors are uneven and dirty everywhere. The cost of this place did not reflect the place at all.
