The stay was nice

The convenience of the ocean so close. The pet park was clean and well kept. The swimming pool was nice. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly.

Our bathroom shower held water above our feet everytime we showered. Did not drain good at all. And the AC in the room leaked water out on the carpet which soaked the bottom of our dog beds we had nearby.

This was a good vacation for us, and we can’t wait to go again. We hated to leave.

The property was right on the beach, and there was a lifeguard right on the beach there watching out for us. They offered to help people with their possessions off the beach, which was very nice.

There was a large amount of gnats in our rooms. There was also a smell of a skunk two different days, I’m not sure where it came from.

Nice stay.

Room was nice, even though we were on the parking lot side, we didnt mind. Breakfast was good, a decent variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right on the beach was nice and easy to get to.

Would recommend

This was a great value for the location! We were on the beach and directly across from us were 2 restaurants. Such a convenient place! Clean and comfortable. Affie at the front desk was so wonderful! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a storm and some water came into the room from the balcony door. Handles also needed tightened on outside room doors.

A new hotel boardwalk was being built right in front of us. Very loud. Couldn’t enjoy our balcony. First morning they started at 7 am. Hotel manager spoke to them and they agreed to start at 10 am Also property is old and needs updating

Balcony view of the ocean was amazing. Bar in lobby was nice but bar tender had bo personality. The night lady at the front desk was amazing!!

Room wasnt “clean”. Price was a little up there for the small room and smaller beds. A lot of the staff need to get a personality. Pool was closed.

We spent four nights in a clean, if dated, hotel on the beach and had a lovely time.

The location is wonderful. We stayed in a room on the third floor overlooking the ocean and had a stunning view of the sunrise. There’s a side door to walk outside and directly to the beach, which has a lifeguard tower. There are showers located beside the building, and next to the pool. The inside is kept clean, a difficult task given the location next to a beach. We hardly saw any sand in the hotel at all, and it was quiet. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, and answered any questions we had. I especially like the “snack bar” located in the lobby, where you can buy canned drinks and small snacks, which were helpful when traveling with children. The parking situation was great, and there was always plenty of room. You can walk across the street to an amazing seafood restaurant or ice cream place, so you hardly have to leave the general area once you arrive.

The hotel is dated, and the rooms are cramped, with very uncomfortable beds. The balcony is quite small, and the air conditioner for the room blows hot air onto it while you’re outside, making it hard to enjoy the balcony in hot weather. The elevators are pretty bad; it was easier for us just to take the stairs, as you have to take one elevator from the ground floor to floor one, then a second to your room’s floor. They’re slow and a bit sketchy, so we just took the stairs. The price is high for the amenities, but is balanced out by the view. However, if you’re not in a room with a view, it’s definitely not worth the price paid. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for a view, proximity to the water, and a clean room. I wouldn’t say it’s extraordinary, but about average.

Breakfast was all we needed. Room was fine! Bathroom was only area where I downgraded but mostly beach wear and tear. Staff was kind. Pool was nice. Beach access great.

Rather disappointing.

The location was great

For the price, it definitely should have been way better! Bathroom was not really clean, hair on the walls inside the shower and on the outside wall. Sand in the tub, the lid of the toilet fell off every time you lifted it. Had to have our keys reprogrammed several times because they wouldn’t work, noticed other guests having the same issue. Maintenance man was really nice about it, came back to the room after being reprogrammed to make sure it worked. Ordered cocktails (4 total, nothing fancy) from the lobby bar, got one to go and it was put in a small cup that looked like what they put in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after brushing, charged us $64! When we questioned the bar tender, he said the computers were down!?

Disappointing

The view was good

It is outdated in need of remodeling and upgrades. Flat tv isn't smart tv. Bed was not that confy either. Door to valcony did not close all the way and wind kept whistling all night. It rained while we stayed and there was a leak present during.

Great expression

This was a very special trip to celebrate my wife’s cure and being 1 year cancer free, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, they surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with ocean view, we actually spent the new year’s in the balcony and it was very special, not to mention breakfast, it was delicious. lovely hotel definitely recommend it !

Disappointing

The staff was wonderful and breakfast was amazing! Good prices

The sheets were dirty on the bed my son slept in he's 4 we didn't notice the first night we were out doing things came straight in and went to bed then the next morning cleaning up found there "dirty" stains on the sheets that my son had no way of possibly making .and other stains that were not pictured but staff was notified and took immediate action to fix the issue.
