Location is prime and the location is walkable. Management and building conditions give this a C

Location is close to Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza and the beach. The last night the swim in movie was good, and the first time the hotel seemed to care about guest experience.

We were not informed beforehand this hotel had major construction during our stay. The steel beems for the new front entrance were installed the week of our stay. Lovely noises all week. Fire alarms went off 5 times one morning. Pool was closed for inspections. Stern looking managers making all effort to keep things running. Building Inspectors… Trucks… forklifts, mason saws at 10 am. Vacation? Why is this hotel even open? Please excuse the renovations? Booking.com nor IHG made any disclaimer about the construction. Also, the building lacked any security. For example, on the last night we had a security guard ask to see a key, yet for the past week we’d been walking through propped open doors to the elevator with crews mixed with tourists. In other words, no primary security, no rules. Just major construction mixed with tourists. Someone could have walked up to our room no problem. Plus with construction crews all around it was messy, chaotic and confusing. All around a surprise we had to make the best of. As the week went on I became accustomed to it but kept watching everyone experience the same. We kept the kids close due to cars and construction equipment and those golf carts that kept parking in the garages making access to the parking spots tight. Those were the people in charge of completing renovations instead of running a resort hotel.

Nice stay!!

Close to beach and restaurants, newly renovated clean decent room, lots of parking.

Price was too high compared to amenities. There were small large roaches and bugs in the rooms. Please do some pest control in the rooms.

Place in general need a new bright entrance and welcoming to vacationist.

Location is pretty good.

Breakfast bathroom was filthy with toilet paper and towels all full outside the trash can. Not a good thing to view to begin enjoying vacation.

Front desk person name Sonnia was so rude and unpolite when I check in ..housekeeping didn’t clean my room the first day and the second day after I tell them to clean just clean the trash.. why they charge fee for resort.??? We have to pay for the umbrella and chair at the beach!!!! And walk … I will never comeback!!!

All the amenities- especially for children. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and good at their job. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of options.

The mini fridge being situated on the carpet made the carpet wet and soggy in the room.

they seem to always be out of waste bags in the outdoor receptacle for the dogs. the $50 pet fee and $5 pet tax.

it needed work. the mattress and biz spring were sitting in the floor. No bed frame. we were there for the warm weather. pool and outside eating area were not cleaned up.

Better then the timeshare we almost got trapped in!

Beautiful park out back(not part of the hotel but connected), propane fire pit by pool, beautiful deck on pond, big resident alligator in pond, Comfortable beds. Balcony on most rooms. Location to the beach is great but caution should be taken in walking or biking after dark!

Requested for a king bed for an engagement proposal, got 2 queen beds, felt like I was paying for the extra bed that didn't get used. Early pool close times. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10 because there no condiments, staff had no ketchup. It seemed like the salt/pepper shaker was put away on the weekend, also it was the same eggs, sausage w/ biscuits(no variety), and watery sausage patties, all 3 days

Food was really good for hotel food. Lots of options. Location was AMAZING. 8 min walk to shops and restaurants, 6-7 min walk to beach access and 3 min walk to huge playground and children’s museum.

Very disappointed in our stay, would never recommend it.

The location was about it… Would not recommend or stay here again.

We arrived to not get the room we booked with a sofa bed. We were given keys to room that had a missing air unit with a whole literally open to outside. Then my husband went to sit on the bed and the corner fell to the floor putting the rest of the bed in the air. Went back to front desk with pictures to nicely inform them of the condition. He didn’t even want to see the pictures, pretty much ignored us, he went on to call maintenance to have a air unit delivered to the room. Then told us to go back and wait and they would get to us soon. We refused the room for obvious reasons (the broken bed as one). He then sent us to another room still refusing to even look at the picture of the broken bed. The new room was atleast complete. Although a used water bottle was left to greet us in the floor upon entering. Breakfast had plenty of options but was out of coffee and hot water. Staff was not concerned with customer service at all. It was very aggravating for our family.

the price is reasonable and the location is nice with Celebration park next door and close to Coligny Beach and plaza.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and the pounding seemed to go on all day and night. The room was not only outdated but dirty. The sheets were stained with what look like splashed wine. Duvet and sheets were stained. beds were hard as a rock. The bath tub was stained. lots of construction workers staying on the premises smoking and drinking in the parking lot. safety may be an issue.

Superb

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed our stay. It has been a layover spot for our family as we travel south. They are currently remodeling and will be moving the check in area to the building with the rooms. That will be great!! Breakfast was great, with multiple items to choose from. The views around the hotel were great was well, and the ocean was just a short walk away. The staff was very kind and professional as well! We will continue to come back!

Really no significant complaints at all. Once the remodeling is completed, it will only add to its great qualities!

nice people. but just an OK place.

It was a little expensive for what you got. I thought that we were in the beach, but we were actually blocks from it. The hotel reception is near the beach, but the rooms are a couple of blocks away. I would have just stayed at the best western (which I've been before) for about 1/2 the price.
