I do not plan on coming back to stay anymore unless things are made right. It was just nice people and it’s not their fa

There was not a maid service daily The breakfast closed at 9 o’clock On Booking.com it said breakfast included and we ended up one day having to pay $17 for the buffet

Hotel was fine, pricing quoted was a little shady..!

Clean and fresh decor.. the front desk girl Marlo was absolutely a gem, very friendly and could not do enough for us..!

Price quoted to us by Booking. Com was thrown out the window when we arrived by an asst mgr, simply saying that Booking . Com doesn’t know the pricing, increased our cost by 13%…!!

Nice place, rooms were clean and staff was welcoming.

Property was in a good location, close to Parris Island.

Pool was closed but looked very refreshing :( Coffee machine in the room didn’t work right and kept breaking all of our K-cups open, leaving coffee grounds in our coffee.

It was okay.

The cleanliness of the overall property.

Housekeeping. I asked for service one day and didn't receive it. So I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and washcloths that evening.

Had an enjoyable experience nice hotel

The rooms were clean and very spacious the beds was comfortable the staff was friendly the location was close to Parrish Island convenient to store restaurant

The front desk did try to assist with my problem but it was booking.com that had to fix it, but they required a call from booking.com to resolve any issues.

Tub and shower was weirdly curved like a u that you stand in which can make it easier for a fall and the Water pressure was terrible. AC unit was barely functioning set the temperature @68 degrees and was still hot and humid in the room.

Clean Rooms, mostly friendly staff. Housekeepers are on top of their game and always friendly. Quiet and close to lots of main attractions.

Check in and check out time on reservation did not match the Hotels check in and out times. Breakfast not included. No Vending machines. The Day Time Hotel Receptionist did not greet us with a smile, she was not very welcoming and had a slight attitude.

Nice facility and convenient location

The location was convenient for all our plans during our Beaufort stay.

A little complicated to find the first time, with road signs not present. The hotel had NO Diet Coke during our whole stay. Very disappointing as a diabetic. The bar was not open at any time that we saw.

The location first of all is great. The hotel is clean, neat, and staff were exceptional all throughout.

King suite spacious clean and functional

We did not eat the breakfast because even after spending over $250 per night, breakfast was an extra $16! To me, that’s just insane and should be in included. Safe to say we ate at a local restaurant with amazing food and cheaper than the high-priced continental breakfast at the hotel.

Highly expensive breakfast after spending a large sum of money per night at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The shower was did not get hot enough. Had to pay for the breakfast. No free continental breakfast.
