Great home base for exploring Pagosa area

The room was nice. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a pool/hot tub area and the hot tub was correct temp- warm enough. And opened early which we appreciate! There was an adequate breakfast. For the area it was a decent value.

Lovely views but nowhere to enjoy them. An outdoor area with some seating would be nice. The bed/ding was nice but the bed itself was not especially comfortable. Nothing to complain about but noticeable. We prefer to be closer to town so we can walk but the rooms get pricier the closer you get so it was a trade off we had to make. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options that we could enjoy but we’re happy there were hard boiled eggs. But unpeeled eggs and lack of individual salt & pepper was inconvenient. Brewed decaf would have been nice but they did have decaf coffee in tea bag. I believe booking.com warns about this but thinking price was higher than indicated.

Loved the pool. Hot tub didn't work. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast filled us up to hit the road.

pool and spa was dirty. I choose this hotel because we wanted to swim. but the pool was very cold and the spa was green.

It was nice and we enjoyed the hotel.

The room was nice, comfortable, and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better. There was not much choice so my husband had cereal and then we found a restaurant.

Good for a one-night stay, if you can find it.

This modest hotel is extremely clean and the pool and whirlpool looked inviting, athough we didn’t use it.

The driveway is difficult to find and shared with another hotel and not well maintained. Breakfast was not up to par with other hotels we’ve stayed at on this trip, even the chain hotels off major highways. The tv’s remote control wouldn’t work—a minor thing since it probably just needed new batteries, but a nuisance since it was late at night when we wanted to use it.

Great hotel, great staff

The hotel was well kept, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was well-appointed, the pool and hot tub were totally decent, continental breakfast was in ample supply, and it's just a 4 minute drive to downtown and the hot springs.

The room is lit with bright white LEDs, which makes it feel less than cozy.

This is our second stay here, and it is always, clean, quiet, spacious and ofgood value. We will return again.

We were anxious to use the indoor pool before we left in the morning, but it was under construction, and not open.🙁

Adequate but not pleasant.

Pool closed and no notice given. Quality of room was disappointing for price. For instance there were several different flooring materials and missing tiles in between. Toilet not sealed with proof of sanitation.

Great Stay!

It was very cozy and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and it was a good price. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was closed and that wasn’t shown on the booking.com app. it would have been nice if that kind of info was kept up to date.
