HORRIBLE!! I would NEVER stay here again! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

There wasn't any breakfast, or even coffee provided in the room or lobby. The only thing that was nice was the size of the extremely dated room. Jay the maintenance man was extremely professional and helpful throughout my stay.

The only online pictures that were true, were the ones of the front of the building and the pool. The hotel was under construction. I got to listen to cement cutters running in the hallway until almost midnight on week days. Due to the construction the key fob system was broke. So every morning after taking my daughter to school I would be locked out of the building, and would have to wait for another guest to sporadically come out. The manager is not there to open the door or call until 11 a.m. Then once in the building, the maintenence worker would have to personally unlock my room. I stayed 2 weeks and was only given 1 roll of toilet paper and 4 towels for 2 people. I was also not given any trash bags and had to take my own garbage out to the dumpster. I also had to pay a $2.50 "linen" charge daily, even though they only change your bed and clean your room once a week! Why did I stay 2 weeks? Because I prepaid and they refused to honor any refunds. The manager was enforcing mask mandates that were lifted months ago. She kept saying "we are in the red", which was a complete lie according to the CDC website she provided. Due to this unnecessary "covid" enforcement the gorgeous pool was kept locked the entire time I was there. No one is rarely in the office, so when you arrive you have to call the manager and then wait around outside until she can come open the door and actually register the guest. Also, the manager is only on-site from 11 to 7. It should be mandatory for hotels to disclose active construction on-site, and illegal for them to enforce outdated mandatories. I feel like this place used fraudulent and false advertising. I will never use booking.com again!!

Nothing, didn't stay.

They didn't honor my reservation, rm wasn't ready despite me arriving around 4pm...was told 4:30 and so on, then I was called around 5/5:30 saying rm ready but buy that time I'd check into another hotel.

We did not have to drive far for anything, lots of restaurants, stores and entertainment close by. Staff was very nice and communicated great when we needed help!

Only downfall was the man living above us would walk laps in his room at 5am with boots on lol.. other than that we enjoyed our stay
