Great place to stay and relax or play

Decor, amenities, location near beach, coffee stand, the deck with rocking chairs, pools, restaurant, ease of parking, excellent customer service!

Lattes/espresso are not available in the restaurant. They make you get it yourself. Rooms are loud - walls thin. No towels for the beach. No spa.

Overall, we enjoyed the short get-away

Very nice location for all beach activities.... walk from the outside pool area to the beach.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and checked in. We did not require nor request the room to be serviced by housekeeping on Monday. On Tuesday, we went to breakfast around 7:30am and housekeeping was in the hall moving their way through the rooms. We returned to the room after breakfast, changed clothes and spent the day on the beach. The room had not been serviced when we returned around 2:00pm. We went out and returned later that evening around 7:30pm -- the room had not been serviced and we had to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels and washcloths. No explanation was provided as to why the room had not been serviced.

I would definitely stay again

It made being there during the storm not be so bad because of the indoor pool and the spacious room. Large parking spots were great.

Our bathroom shower was not clean.

Potential to be great if cleaner

Location is great, staff was friendly

Room, especially the bathroom, had so much hair. I had to immediately clean the bathroom floor, counter, toilet, and shower bc it was covered in hair. Either it wasn’t cleaned or housekeeping is pulling their hair out. Would have requested another room if we hadn’t arrived late. You can also hear people in the hallways and it woke us up a few times overnight.

the resort is luxury at a fair price with a nice variety of amenities.

I loved the lobby area it was by beautifully decorated! the amenities are excellent! I loved the different areas offering food/ drinks it gives you different choices the room was well equipped and comfortable

This was a great beachfront property for a weekend get-away. The property was updated, clean, and very comfortable.

I did not like the resort fee which was tacked on to my booking and came as a surprise since I prepaid what I thought was the confirmed price on Booking.com.

The resort smelled fresh and clean as soon as you walked in. The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

The room did not smell as good as the rest of the hotel. It was clean and looked just like the pictures but there was a bad odor the entire time.

Excellent venue and provided a relaxing experience

close to the beach. lots of seating around pool. loved the fire pit. loved the corn hole and connect four area. inside was nicely decorated and had lots of seating the maintenance staff was very responsive to an issue we had. the wait staff at the solistice restaurant was very nice and friendly.

the check in staff was not very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful stay overlooking Wrightsville beach.

First class service from all the staff from reception, concierge and catering. Phyllis and Aura were very helpful following our initial 2 night stay. They allowed us to upgrade with an ocean front view for a further 2 nights when we elected to extend our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
