While staying at the Comfort Inn, the front desk representative was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable as

I like that the room was clean (house keeping forgot/did not notice someone’s sock in the closet 😃😃). The breakfast area was extremely clean and was constantly tended to.

The shower was no good. It makes you wonder if the manager/maintenance ever showered in their bathroom or even checked to make sure the water was running properly down the drain.The water did not flow. I hate standing in ankle deep water while taking a shower.

overpriced, drunk and loud guests

thé property was fine, for a $150 per night stay. however, it was not worth $450 per night. Hardly got any sleep due to the drunk and very loud guests who were partying until 3am.

GREAT LOCATION ! GREAT BREAKFAST ! Clean, safe, and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was excellent with above par choices like sausage, bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs, coffee, tea including herbal tea, waffles with fruit topping and whip cream or chocolate, cereal, muffins, bagels, pastry.....a lot of choices. Hot and plentiful with good service staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Although a sketch part of town, I felt safe and dedicated security was evident. A great stay.

Strong odor of medical marijuana in MY ROOM emanating from somewhere else. Woke me up choking in the middle of the night. This is not the hotel's fault as they cannot control the use of legal medical marijuana in their hotels? Although it is a NON-SMOKING of any kind hotel. That was the only issue we experienced.

Apparatus to pull up to start shower did not work. Could not get most services on my cell. WiFi code provided not accepted.

Bed was comfortable

Staff while checking was rude and not friendly. She was sitting on a stool the entire time. She would hardly talk to me. Room was gross! Carpets stained and floor in bathroom was very dirty!

again Booking.com have let us down not advising of major refurbishment externally like living in a building site swimming oool closed and being refurbished lobby toilets locked and smell of dampness in main entrance booking.com need to take action this was overpriced and verging on false description of hotel
