Friendly staff who noticeable care about the experience of guests. Great location.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and clean building.

Pool is not a heated indoor pool (detail). The little market is great but would love to have access to tums or heartburn medicine in the market.

It was very clean and it felt comfortable being there.

I had to wait on my room past check in time due to maintenance issues. Also they don't have breakfast, like it shows online, it's only bagels and coffee...

Location was in a area that was almost industrial, nothing around.

Very dissatisfied with our stay. We could have gotten better accommodations at a lesser price.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

When the reservation was made with Booking, the room was supposed to have a private hot tub and be a large room and have a walk-in shower as well as a tub. When we arrived, we were informed the hot tubs were removed and what we got was all we were going to get. It had none of that. When checking in, we were being charged $50.00 more than when we reserved the room. After discussing this at the desk and showing them our original reservation, they corrected the charges. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room.

The room we stayed in was clean but very small.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the free breakfast and pool. “Breakfast” was a bagel bar and the pool was of course down. I had some very sad kids. Our stay should have been discounted for the misleads on the website. Definitely paid way too much for what we got.

No place like home

The hotel at first impression looked clean and nice when I walked in to check-in, indoor pool and hot tub dessert 🍨

Immediately upon entering the suit I could tell it was clean but not properly sanitized (I was a lead housekeeper during covid at a 5 star facility) the jacuzzi tub had long and short hair inside and around, sheets and comforter had unwashed looking stains, bathroom toilet seat had urine stains under, hair dryer covered in dust and hair, dried toothpaste on the sink backslash, coffee maker had dry crusty hardwater stains and was wiped out with a towel so if you did make coffee who knows what all you would drink with it, the Breakfast well I will say took one bite and threw it away upon leaving I kindly let the woman know about my stay and that I would like to cancel my reservation to stay another evening and the only response she had was hmm and to look up at the manager on the phone I guess hoping he didn't here me in the end try anywhere else unless you are okay with seeing signs of the last people who stayed in the room hair and all I could have taken DNA that's how bad it was and almost $200 for 1 night

Great for families on a budget

Breakfast was wonderful, ice cream at night was a highlight for kiddo, staff was friendly and helpful, less then 10 minutes from all the attractions, and the pool/hot tub were nice for relaxing. Our room was clean but the carpet and chairs were worn/stained (to be expected for the price really)

The beds were far from cloudlike, I'm not sure what kind of clouds these other people have been sleeping on, they're definitely your standard hard/cheap hotel mattress. The breakfast area gets really crowded but I'm not sure how they can fix that with the space they have.

A great and comfortable hotel overall.

Facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly! The room was comfortable and very organized.

The mini fridge was frozen up and didn’t get our stuff cold. We ended up throwing out the milk/leftovers we had in it. Other than that the stay was great. I don’t hold it against the hotel overall as they likely just didn’t know. We notified staff when we checked out that morning.

Breakfast biscuits best I ever had. The lobby is great went with family had two a joint rooms. Th sleep was peaceful and away from the main busy roads. Great place to stay in December did have christmas with nieces and nephews enjoyed the stay.

Perfect place for a weekend stay.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast that’s available during the weekends.

I wasn’t thrilled that the pool wasn’t heated, but it reminded us of the temperature of the springs and rivers we swim in.

It was a good weekend stay for the family

The pool and hot tub were excellent activities to entertain the kids without having to pay extra expense... the breakfast had a great variety and the lady running it was very sweet and friendly

Honestly the beds were not very comfortable and being a painter i noticed alot of your touch ups did not match your wall paint and should have been full wall touch ups instead of regular touch ups.. better paint will make the atmosphere feel more clean and inviting.. if you need better painters contact jordan and 4178141737

I love the location of the hotel. Short trip to wherever you are going. The rooms are always clean. I love the jetted tub.

I didn't like having a room by the outside door. Very busy and other guests are lond, not considerate of others that may have a different schedule than them. My biggest complaint about it was the housekeeping staff. While they are cleaning they will yell down the hall to each other and that woke me up 4 times during our stay.
