Great pool and breakfast

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (pre-booked) was great. Expensive to add once you are there, but price was good when booked directly with reservation. Washer and dryer available. Pool was heated.

Nice hotel near downtown Cody

The location is very good and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We chose to drive to the Cody Center as it was a longer walk than we wanted. Hotel is very clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there were bus groups both mornings we were there and felt it would be crowded. Clean hotel and rooms are refreshed daily unlike most other places we stayed on this road trip to SD and WY. Liked that there were three entrances along the hotel parking lot so we could park near the entrance closest to our room.

The hotels in Cody are just overpriced because they can get what is asked. It is what it is but I would never have paid so much for a Holiday Inn elsewhere.

Great hotel

The check-in staff was amazing. So kind and helpful, the entire hotel staff was great! The breakfast was great with lovely seating.. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Great shower. We'd definitely stay here again.

Maybe have more necessities, like toiletry items if needed. But not a deal breaker at all, there's stores nearby.

Hotel and town fine - rodeo not so

Very helpful staff, one night stop over, clean room well equipped. Near to a number of eating places. Visit the Old Trail Town

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. I found the wi-fi variable but wife was fine on her phone We went to the "world famous" Cody Rodeo - while there is a lot of very skilled horsemanship on display and an exciting event to be seen - however the level of animal cruelty would have the RSPCA in the UK going to court to ban it. If you go accept you might seen an animal killed in front of the crowd.

HOLIDAY INN

I had stayed at this property last year, so knew it was nice and a good value for the location. I had checked other properties with similar amenities and they were all more expensive...still this was the most expensive place on the 15 day trip, but location and amenities were good. Breakfast is not included, but vouchers available at front desk, $20.00 per couple, vs $17.95 pp for patrons not staying at hotel. Very good breakfast, buffet with lots of choices. Love walk in showers! Hotels should all offer this feature. Request for ground floor honored.

Pleasant but confusing.

The breakfast was a good value after the coupon we received from the front desk and the buffet had numerous choices. Front desk person Lexi was very helpful and cordial.

Hotel lay out was confusing partly because we arrived after dark. Only two washing machines available for a very large complex.

The location was very pleasant and easy to get to the room

I asked for connecting rooms and was told yes they were connecting. Usually connecting has a door that connect the two rooms these did not.
