Rob is the absolute best, keep the fire going in the main lobby during normal hours, not only at nit

Rob was the absolute best! We have stayed at 5 Star resorts and haven’t gotten the service, help and overall great customer service we have received from your host Rob.

The fireplace in the main lobby wasn’t on in the morning or afternoon. It would be a much better experience if you kept the fireplace going from 6AM-10PM. The fire would have been great to sit by in the cold morning.

Left quickly after checking in

The staff was extremely friendly.

Nearly all of the advertised amenities were closed. The bar, childrens area, and fire pit were not in service. From 8pm-8am they close the lobby and turn off the elevator. We requested to check out with a refund shortly after checking in, they charged us $50 and did not refund the correct amount. Now I’m out $80 because their website and booking.com are inaccurate. They charged us a cleaning fee even though we spent less than 15min in the room. The property is very dated. Other than some workers in the area for the recent storm I think we were the only people staying there, patio furniture required us to clean it. I would not recommend this hotel, especially in the summer.

Great acces to Bromley and surrounding area.

Great atmosphere and staff. Awesome view and access to the mountain. Very clean. Good hot water and water pressure.

Bed was super soft and tough on our backs. My back is tricky under the best conditions, but even my spouse struggled with it.

Overall, the staff was helpful and welcoming, and really made my stay warm and positive.

Location, location, location. I was down the street from Stratton, on the mountain for Bromley. The balcony off the room was great, and I could sit and watch the sun go down and rise if so desired. Great pillows too. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. The room was clean and provided everything I needed. The pillows were great, too, which is key for good sleep.

I always wish for a hot tub at a ski lodge because there's nothing better than an outdoor hot tub after skiing/snowboarding.

homey atmosphere, exceptional staff, breakfast, access to slopes, kids room w crafts…3 area lobby w fireplace and pool table is perfect hang out space.

rooms are a bit on the small size but perfectly adequate

- Over $200 is too expensive for one night. Rooms need an update. - Breakfast could be better! Wish they had a waffle machine!

We would look for cheaper hotels in the area in the future.

Location of hotel is great.

Breakfast only had Bagels , yogurt, cereal and coffee available. The hotel was very basic and really we only booked it because of its location. It was also very expensive for what you get.

Best place for value if visiting

Quaint Lodge at base of Mountain. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Even being an older building and rooms it served its purpose and could not ask for a better value overall.

Rooms could use updating.

Lovely place to spend a weekend skiing!

The Lodge is located at the foot of Bromley mountain, its lifts and its hospitality center, which is very convenient. The lobby area is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious, the coffee is fresh-made and tasty. Rob and other staff members are very kind and accommodating. Try their cocktails at the bar!

Very enjoyable stay at the Bromley Lodge. I'd go back for another few wintery days!

The Staff was extremely friendly and informative. The Fireworks on Bromley Mtn. were great and also the torchbearers. The band during the day and night for the fireworks at the Wild Boar bar/restaurant at the base ski lodge, was great. The mountain was nicely groomed with the addition of snow covering over some frozen areas. The main lodge of the hotel had a nice fireplace, couch seating and board game areas. The free breakfast was also good!

very convenient location with clean rooms and extremely nice staff

staff was super helpful and kind. location to Bromley is ideal. cozy atmosphere. rooms were very clean. beds seemed clean and comfortable.

dated fixtures, carpets seemed in need of replacement. Tv did not have an HDMI port so streaming Roku for kids at night impossible. kids play room could use more games/activities.

Being slopeside was fantastic. Great continental breakfast. Valley View room had beautiful sunrise.

Unrelated to the lodge, but an ice storm days earlier caused the ski resort to have only 2 lifts open, causing incredibly long lines. When on the trails, it was fun but the wait was not worth it.

breakfast not good enough…. not too much to eat … specially for a holiday week 🤦🏻‍♂️ very disappointed also 2 days we didn’t have a hot water 💦
