It was convenient clean and good breakfast the pool was nice also

I booked this specific hotel because there was a hot tub which was never disclosed prior to booking that it was not working otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else with a hot tub I feel I should be compensated in some way

Good place to stay. Good location if you’re staying in the Nampa area or going to Boise.

The bed was so comfy. If I had a way it would have brought it home. Room had every thing you needed. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very good, with all the normal choices and plenty of food.

The coffee in the room was not good, but the lobby and breakfast coffee was very good

Felt unsafe and trapped!

It was convenient to I-82 exit. Coffee to go.

Rugs were noticeably worn and dirty. It was tucked back on a side road that was not fit for walking anywhere. No restaurant close by. No sidewalks. All rooms open to inside and not to parking making carrying stuff in slow and a long walk. Walls are paper-thin so loud tv next door kept me up until 2 am! Toilet clogged in the morning! No. I won't stay again. AC noisy.

Overall good stay

Clean and CLEAN. Would appreciate an extra blanket in the room just in case, but for some reason, there were 2 people, sitting at a table by my room, all night, talking very loudly. Looked like a recorded type of conversation. But even after 11 pm, they were very loud. Otherwise a good stay.

Booked a room for my brother-in-law to stay. He found evidence of bed bugs, which he recorded. We were refunded after bringing it to the attention of the front desk receptionist. She was apologetic and kind. I called the next day to get a receipt for the refund and the manager was extremely rude and basically accused my brother-in-law of lying even though there was video proof. He told me that the video wasn't taken at that hotel and hung up on me after telling me the receipt had been emailed. I am an understanding person and realize this is something that can and does happen at hotels. I wouldn't have had such a negative review to leave had the manager not been so rude.

Very Nice. Definitely would stay again!!!

Room was clean and tidy. Perfect for an overnighter.

No heat in bathroom so the mirror would fog. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged food, no scrambled eggs or bacon like I am used to with a continental breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Only a couple options but they were delicious.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The location was a little sketchy. I did not like arriving back at the hotel in the dark with my 3 girls. Once in the room I felt a little safer but definitely didn’t feel super safe outside. The carpet was coming loose in lots of places so it made it look rundown.

The check-in staff was rude- no Friendly smile. I specifically chose this location because of the hot tub and it was broken. I wanted to cancel my reservation because of this and the check in staff was very rude about it and said no we can't do that and said we might have a gift card or something but didn't get one or nothing- very poor customer service. I will NEVER stay here again. As a matter of fact I stayed at the shilo inn across the way a couple of weekends ago and it was fantastic.

The only place I will stay at in Idaho

I love this place - This is the only place I will stay at when I come to visit family in Idaho. Staff is extremely nice and caring. The rooms are extremely roomy, comfartable and I love the big showers.

The breakfast sandwich tasted like cardboard. No place to sit down and eat other than the floor.
