Loved that we just crossed the street to the boardwalk, beach and the rides.

The Boardwalk, beach is across the street the person that booked us in was polite so was the staff. The room was clean and the included parking space was great. The bathroom was very clean also the bed pillow's and sheets were clean and comfortable for the two night stay.

Perfect location to the Shore! We loved having the food stand right at the hotel.

The pillows could have had a protective covering on them.

Wonderful place for a family

Very clean, stocked well, & the location is the best! Beds were comfortable. The fridge was clean & very nice size to stock up a weeks worth of food & drinks. Wifi had great connection.

We stay here every year, and will stay here next year.

We stay at the Buoy16 every year because it's across the street from the center of the boardwalk, and the staff is not only friendly, but will help you out any way they can. Everything in the room was spotless.

Very great motel! So clean and conveniently near the boardwalk definitely going back again if I can!

Perfect budget trip, great location, clean rooms

The location was great! We had never been to the Jersey Shore and quickly found that it was a tough find to get a place in walking distance from everything that wasn’t trashy or a nightmare while still being on a budget. This place is a basic motel, only about 10 rooms or so but the room sizes were fine and it was a nice bathroom for what it was. Nothing luxurious but definitely had all basic needs covered and decently comfortable bed. Walking distance to many spots, right across the street from the Boardwalk and particularly Jimbo’s which was fun. Parking was a bit confusing at first but the manager helped us out greatly. It’s a private parking lot for just the motel guest, pretty small so I am not sure about the availability for extra cars. Manager was nice and helpful and we had arrived late, about 10pm or so but he was very accommodating. We only stayed a night, but I would definitely rebook here if you’re on a budget trip and don’t need all the frills. Nice staff and location was superb, and rooms were decent and felt clean!

It was a good property as advertised, doesn’t have all the bells and whistles and extra amenities, but is perfect for a budget trip with friends or significant other.
