It’s a great location. It’s very clean. The pool and hot tub are wonderful.
Nothing to report

Rooms were spacious and clean
The hot tubs smelled bad

The property is clean and cozy
I was charged twice for my room. I was told it was a booking.com mishap. At 5 a.m. people began stomping and running back and forth in the room above mine. The room rate is expensive for what it is. Definitely not worth the price, being charged twice, the full rate, and to be woken up by rude guests. We are traveling across the country and all over Colorado. So far this is the worst place I have ever stayed and the only place I was charged twice.

We loved the location being in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the hot springs. The cottage was nice and clean, which we very much appreciated. It was nice to have a full kitchen for times when we needed to stay in for a meal. The window treatments were in good working order and easy to close and open. The staff were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The value was great for the stay and access to the community pool & hot tub. AAAND the on-site massage therapist is incredibly intuitive with her ability. She is too-notch. I would stay here again.
Due to melting snow, the dirt/gravel parking lot & driveways we had to utilize were very muddy, which created a lot of dirt in the cottage, car, shoes, etc.
Also, the hot water heater did not allow us to take showers longer than 5 minutes. It may have been defective or worn out? Also, the futon type sofa in the main living space was so worn out that it was peeling and cracked on the seat cushions.

The staff was super friendly, the location was great, very affordable and the amenities were awesome. The pool, bathhouse, hot tub, and sauna were so therapeutic and greatly missed already. We had blast and I highly recommend Healing Waters!

Bed made weird noise room 19.
Bathroom is way too tight, and toilet way too low and outdated. Toilet needs to be higher with an update.
Door needs to be remounted to swing OUT instead of in. This would be a fairly easy modification, and would make the bathroom waay more comfortable and easily accessible, especially for seniors. It's actully dangerous the way it is.

Stay here and visit the Springs Resort if you must. Healing Waters was one of the best experiences, fewer people, great value, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, healing waters. My new favorite place.
No table and chairs in my room.
Would have liked to have a small table and two chairs.

The room needed a little more furniture especially a table. But it was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful including the housekeeping staff.
