Worst Experience

This was the worst experience I have every had with the manager Jamie was super unprofessional hanging up on me multiple time and lying saying we trashed the room when all that was left was garbage from take out food or drinks but I put it together it was not scattered since we stayed two nights and they wanted to charge and extra cleaning fee but the room that I got was dirty in the top of the bed head board it was super dusty and on top of the picture frames and when we pulled out the coach bed there was crumbs from prev people so I would recommend you take picture before you leave so they don’t say you “trashed the room” and they said they had pictures and when I asked to see them they said they couldn’t show me unless I got a lawyer.

Good location just off the Interstate

Good location just off the interstate hwy, not far away from Snake River, and the falls were just down the road. Hotel is quiet, but a bit dated. The bed and pillows were ok, and the room was clean. There was a guest laundry on site, which was handy. Breakfast was provided, however it was an average selection. There were some restaurants nearby in walking distance which was very handy. There is On-site parking (but half the car park was closed due to resurfacing)

The car park was a bit of a mess, and the room had a funny smell to it. The breakfast selection wasn't that great.

Breakfast was better than expected each day, beds were so comfortable, staff was super friendly, and it was very clean!

The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was nice and roomy.

Found a used towel in bathroom. Trying to get a charge cleared up because they charged me for 2 nights and not 1.

Breakfast good

Dirty carpets in halls and rooms were in need of carpet cleaning. The remote control for TV was disgusting so I got my own clorax wipes to clean it before I touched.

Grateful for a warm place to stay, but ultimately felt exhausted at the end because of above issues

The breakfast was adequate, but I would have liked some yogurt which is typically included in these types of continental breakfasts.

The room we were given was literally on the other side of the breakfast area, extremely close to the lobby and right along a main thoroughfare that was very noisy I to the early morning hours both nights that we were there. I don’t think this room is acceptable to use because of how much noise there is constantly coming from the dining area, lobby, but especially other guests (lots of kids/families) going to/from the pool. The pool was open very late (at least 11:30 pm) and people were constantly running down the hall loudly. It made it quite challenging for us to get the rest we needed even when we weren’t going to bed until 11:00 both nights. There was no sleeping in either because of the location of the room. On top of this, I had a lukewarm shower the last morning of our stay, despite having a 2-hour delay between the last shower taken by my spouse. Not sure what went wrong there as it worked fine the morning before, but we were just tired of the whole experience at that point.

Superb

I loves the late checkout. It gave us time to eat and visit the pool again before we left.

The bed was horrible. I know hotel beds are not the best. But this was the worst. I couldn't walk the next morning. And having 3 separate pads on the pull out instead of a mattress was a pain for kids. They kept falling between. But everything else was great

Nice hotel for the price, Great Staff

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Location was great and easy to find. Close to everything.

I asked for a room away from noisy things like elevators, stairs, etc. They put us in a room next a family room. The noise was horrible! The kids running in the halls, slamming the door to the point it was like a shock wave in our room. To the staff's credit, when I called them the noise quieted down that day. Also, no microwave in the room.
