Very expensive for the quality of the hotel

I asked for trash to be removed and towels changed twice during the same day. They ignored my request.

Nearby the mall of America

Booked a king, they didn’t have so they gave me 2 queens. Wanted to go to the pool/ hot tub and sauna but they didn’t have any extra towels for that. Breakfast was a joke

Poor

The bathroom door was difficult to open and close and was very noisy. Asked for someone to check it and didn't get any response. Asked for towels to use for the pool and was told they didn't have any clean. Got the same response when I asked for more bath ṭowels as we only had 2 for 4 people. Waited at the front desk for 10 min. Kept ringing the bell, but no one ever came, so I left. The bathroom in pool area was pretty gross.

We survived the ordeal.

Everything was barely ok.

The shared areas are not clean. The breakfast is a sad joke. The worst part: went paid in full through booking,com but when we got to the hotel the receptionist told me that booking.com had not yet paid the hotel so that we did not have a reservation. We showed her the confirmation and payment receipt. She said we had to call booking.com - this is a Friday night at 10pm... I asked for a supervisor... she said the sup comes in Monday morning. We paid again to the hotel, and now we're trying to get someone at booking.com to get back to us. It's been 3 days with no answer.

Disappointing

the hot tub wasn't working and the shortage of towels.The room only came with two towels to shower and when I asked for more they couldn't give me anymore because they was all dirty.Wish there would of been more of a selection for breakfast.

nice rooms, close to MOA but ice cold pool

the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect as it wasn’t far from family and the mall of america.

the pool was ice cold, our kids were so excited to go swimming but being toddlers they couldnt handle how cold it was. it was also hard to try and get them clean with only having the stand up shower, but we made do with what we had.

Horrid dirty rooms

Not a thing

They gave me a dirty room and it was already slept in, pee in the toilet, dirty makeup towels and trash. Spoke to the manager and he Said he wasn’t going to do anything about it because we snuck dogs in which we didn’t. I called before check In and it was no issue. I selected a dog friendly room, selected 2 dogs and in the morning at checkout the cleaning supervisor was waiting outside to reprimand us about having dogs with us. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Location worked well for us Pool was warm and not busy

Water pressure terrible Water didn't work in some sinks Fridge and shelf were covered in chocolate something No house keeping Ran out of towels I cleaned the fridge myself Manager gone all weekend Dead bugs around Bed was firm and uncomfortable Milk refill at breakfast was set on the dirty floor Waffle maker made terrible waffles/I felt sick

Don't waste your time

It was close to our event venue

The staff was never at the desk, they didn't have towels, the facility was dirty and was not as pictured or depicted in booking the room. The room was the smallest cramped, terrible bathroom, it was awful. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at and for the money was ridiculous.

I’d stay again

The Pool and hot tub were open and warm! front staff was friendly. small breakfast was included. coffee 24/7

the bathroom was very small. we had a stand up shower and a toilet then out side was a small sink. out bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but that was the only issue. breakfast was minimal so do t expect much. I do like they had some yogurt.

Will never stay here again.

The location was nice.

The manager was extremely rude, they messed up the pricing for our booking. The pool was disgusting, and the jacuzzi jets didn’t work at all. We got two rooms and there was feces all over the wall in the bathroom in one of the rooms, and there was also ketchup smeared on the wall.

Needs a bench outside. The room was dirty. Showers luke warm. Tables near TV and couch dirty. Just wasn't cleaned very well. Windows sills damaged

Everything about the hotel was excellent

My BOOKING.COM confirmation was not in their system. They said everything on my confirmation was correct, but couldn't understand why it didn't show up on their system. They were accommodating to what we needed but at a higher price for a smaller bed. Don't know if I will use BOOKINGS.COM again.
