It wasn’t good it was very horrible I won’t be booking anymore

Nothing I wanted my money back but they wouldn’t give it to me I didn’t even stay the full two nights

I didn’t like anything the bed, tub, everything was nasty

Price, staff

They need to invest in new bedding, linens, towels, washcloths and they could do a much better job of cleaning. I guess you get what you pay for.

Scary

Carpet stains, dirty bathroom, very noisy all night long with road traffic, neighbors. Outside noise was such you'd think a window was open - but it doesn't open. Place is run down.

Staff was friendly. It could be updated some. They need to inform a pet policy better.

It was close to our work area. We are independent contractors for Lowes.

They failed to let us know about a pet policy. When we checked in, they asked if we had a pet but didn’t say anything about a pet policy. We booked for 4 days and we had to pay for another night bc we got delayed during the week bc of weather. They charged me double for 1 night bc they added the pet fees. I don’t understand why they did that bc they should have told us about it when we checked in first of week, not 5 days later. I found that not good business.

The worse!!!

Roaches were everywhere and I got bitten by bedbugs. When I asked front desk for a refund all they said they could do was switch rooms, I left furious.
