Perfect!!

Friendly, & welcoming from the time we entered. Lisa checked us in & was very nice!! Our room was perfect for us, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was typical but really good.

everything was nice except the breakfast that was very unorganized.

clean and convenient to Lego land

breakfast was chaos…no organization. I think the plates should be on the side and then food after for more order. people were cutting lines to get to plates and then just grabbing food while other people were patiently waiting.

Don’t stay here!

Hotel absolutely sucked! Would NOT stay here! Staff was rude and unaccommodating ! Manager never called us back even after 4 messages! They lied to us about the accommodations and then refused to let us cancel. Total scammers and just rude!

Clean and good size rooms

Good location for LEGOLAND. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Front desk staff was blah. Friendly enough when you engaged them, but kinda just stare at you until you engage them.

Proximity to Legoland, fair prices, ceanliness and free breakfast.

Breakfast finishing time should have been at least an extra hour and needed more choices. Also, stuff was not prepared for the people having breakfast, kept running out of food. They had a waffle machine which was cool but it was only one and the line was huge. People were getting impatient and kept cutting each other off. Maybe should have had a second machine and/or someone making them for the guests.
