It was a convenient and clean place to stay, but overall not worth the money.

I loved the location. It was off the Main Street so nice and quiet, yet still the perfect walking distance to town for ourselves and our kids. A very nice area.

The images on Booking.com made it seem like a mountain-side, green-backed chalet, and not a motel. I wasn't expecting it to be so basic for the money, and was expecting something more quaint and surrounded by trees.

Would definitely stay here again. The first pic is view from our room.

We purchased the home made pastry in advance…it was in our room and it was wonderful, also we drove a very large truck and front desk help accommodated us with special parking.

Quiet with a river view. Comfortable bed.

No kitchenettes. There were no elevators to the second floor. There wasn't a safe path to walk down to the river.

Great location! Nicely updated. Breakfast was good.

Nice updated room. Clean. Liked the deck to eat breakfast. Ordered the waffle, freshly made & crisp. Because it was so hot would have loved a pool. No complaints. Thankyou 💜

The wifi was not sufficient at all. The service was extremely slow and unable to keep a connection. That should/needs to improve. I had better service off the hotel grounds. The handicap parking was used by a non handicap vehicle and not marked with a post marker. It was easy for the non handicap person to park in due to the only marking was on the pavement and it was extremely tight for average size vehicles

Took a bit to do this review, we actually stayed here on Sunday June 11th Close to everything, great view from room 404.. great deck to hang out on. And the homemade breakfast was FANTASTIC!! Room was VERY clean .Beds were comfortable!

Stayed 6/11/23 Didn't like the fact ,when I booked months in advance ,breakfast WAS included. But when I checked in they wanted to charge me for our breakfast! Showed them my text asking about breakfast specifically, and being told breakfast was in fact included. The gal at the front desk did agree. And she honored free breakfast for us.But I was told that a few months after I booked ,that they changed to NOT include that amenity. But in the " welcome" book provided in the room. There are 2 spots that it still claims breakfast is free with your booking. ( So you may want to clarify ,before booking) Also found that Leavenworth is definitely taking advantage of the tourist! The merchants are price gouging FOR SURE! ( not this hotel, price was fair IMO) We will not return to Leavenworth because of the " gouging" Also parking is VERY tight. So don't bring anything Chevy Tahoe or bigger. Just a heads up!

The location is great, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The door to the bathroom is a "slider" and is hard to close for privacy. The shower head leaked and is a handheld type which is awkward to use. There was no clock in the room, so checking the time meant keeping your cellphone close by.

Comfortable and convenient spot to stay right in the heart of Leavenworth.

With mobility issues, the hotel location right in town and with a place to park our car was much appreciated. Wonderful walk-in shower with adjustable shower head was another big plus.

The location was amazing, and the breakfast options were great! Loved that you ordered the night before. The staff was fantastic, and so friendly.

The parking was tricky, and the bathroom could have been cleaner, the caulking was staind.

The location was great, the parking was very convenient.

the only thing that I was displeased with was the stairs leading to the 2 and 3 floor were very steep and slippery when it started raining and this was the only way to get to my room.

The management and the owner Andrea couldn't of been any nicer..

Had a menu to choose from. The food was read good.

Only thing that could of been better was to stay a few more days.

great stay

loved the size and layout of the room very spacious and comfortable. Also location was great.

The number of stairs and the parking was right off the alley was a little bit cramped when trying to park there different times.

Older hotel that is overpriced but a nice place to stay in a great location.

We loved the friendly staff and location of the hotel. The strudel was exceptional and we ordered two full sizes to bring to Christmas dinner with friends. Breakfast was also good. Cleanliness of room was good. We also appreciate the frig, microwave and coffee in room.

The parking lot was dangerous and hard to move around in. I dont think Covid should be used as an excuse to not clean rooms, or to have to pick up breakfast. It is getting to the point that businesses are using the pandemic to save labor dollars. A bathtub would have been nice. We are pretty tech savvy but never could figure out the TV.
