Satisfied. Good value.

Location, price.

The property is a bit dated and just not the nicest place. The rooms were only $100 so I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal. The walls are a little thin but I was able to get sufficient rest both nights I was there.

Horrible

They charge you for queen size beds the are full size and hard as a rock. The shower when I arrived still had hair stuck on walls n old bar of soap. Breakfast was shit. Also when brought up problems with room the response I got was "Okay". Now mind you I stayed at this same hotel 2 months prior with no issues but that place has went downhill that fast I'm gonna say it's a management problem.

We will not stay there again.

The staff was honest and courteous. We left our iPad in our room after checking out and the staff called us. Very thankful.

The room could have used some maintenance. The door needed repainted. The door stop in the wall needed repair.

I will advise anyone not to stay at this facility. I come to this facility every July 4th weekend with my family. However, this weekend I was charged a false charge. Multiple staff members advised me that I will get a refund back once manager arrives due to charge was for the wrong room. The manager Sam got back and was no help he basically told me to find out who did it and have them pay me back.

Not impressed with this place.

Just a place to sleep. Not much to brag about this place.

The pool was dirty. Top of pool wall above waterline was grey to blackish in color. Pool towels weren't big or thick enough to dry yor hands. Elevator floor dirty when first arrived and had weird grinding sound when closed. Carpet in hall dirty but no debris. Room ok but after first impression kind of wondered just how clean it actually was. Only spent one night and that was enough. Won't stay again at any Red Roof Inn.

Location to local spots, the staff was decent, breakfast was ok. Tub was big.

Dirty throughout the facility, towels at the doors and windows, staff stated pool was heated- is not- just humid and spa was empty.

Great value, excellent breakfast and staff

The staff here is top notch! The breakfast is excellent as well. We stay here every time we're in the area.

It's a little outdated and the room is clean enough... But there's hair in the shower and the hair dryer didn't work. Little repairs are needed.

Hot tub broke. Only reason I booked at this place.. showed up then told us hot tub was broke.. not enough pillows they was flat.. there was trash on the floor in my room and they didn't clean it I had to ask for towels house keeper acted rude and was on her phone each time I seen her..

Liked having a couch in the room for my pet to lay in.

The pills were horrible and no extra blanket. We were located right next to the storage room and someone opened and closed the door all night.

Without that horrific room odor we would have been returning customers. Not now.

Location, Free breakfast was nice and tasty, room size ok, staff was friendly/cordial, helpful w care services.

THE SMELL OF THE ROOM! It was a full 3 day musky, moldy and dank smell in our room. We wished we'd asked for a different room as soon, but felt they were probably all the same - my husband thought anyway. ALL clothing we brought with us whether worn or not came back home with that smell; especially our certain equipment for sleeping we took w us. It took us to have to wipe off or down everything we brought w us; 2 washes for all clothing (new and worn); 4 wash and rinses of all equipment taken. We were shocked and VERY unhappy about all of this! We had no idea this would be the repercussions of keeping that room/staying at this Red Roof Inn...
