Fairfield Inn in Fenton is a great place to stay.

We like how clean the Fairfield Inn is and comfortable and the staff is wonderful

I don't think there's anything I can say that we didn't like.

Forgot to mention that breakfast was great! Appreciated that there was an iron available too.

The staff was exceptional!

I had not stayed at a hotel in some time. I have always had a microwave in the room before. To my surprise, this room didn't have one. Why would you provide a refrigerator and no microwave? Also, I was out after dark. I had a horrible time finding where to turn off of Silver Parkway in order to get to the hotel. It was barely lite up and set way back from the road off of another road. It was visible in the daytime, but not at night. I thought I was going to have to call your main desk for assistance. Finally figured it out but I am 69 yrs. old and it was pretty scary.

I had 3 rooms reserved for a wedding party. 2 rooms were supposed to be joining rooms sleeping 6 PEOPLE in EACH ROOM (all 3 of our room sleep 4 not 6) The staff member was very nice and helpful. But they let us down BIG TIME. Get to the joining rooms and open the door to a dirty room that had not been cleaned. Go back to let them know, they tell me they will clean it. We go to wedding rehearsal for 4 HOURS. come back to them changing my room completely. now I have no joining rooms. 3 rooms on all ends of the hotel. get to the new room and see a chair in the corner ( i specifically requested and reserved queen rooms with a pullout sofa. so now all 3 rooms are missing the couch. now I'm short 6 SLEEPING spots because they put us in rooms without sofas. I ask for a roll-away bed and was denied. I was told I could rent another room or I could leave. Seriously Mgr. that's how you treat your guest. You should be ashamed. At least your employee was kind to us. I had personally called 2 times before the stay making sure our rooms were perfect, only to arrive and not have a single thing accommodated for us. SMH. this place let me and my family down and caused a lot of unnecessary issues. If I would have know this was gonna be the issue, I would have never booked here.

if ever in area again I will look for a cleaner stay, disinfectant is very important when serving the public

good location 20 minutes to airport

I don’t smoke so my smell is pretty good, walking inside there is a musty, moldy smell in lobby and in rooms, the vents were very dirty, maybe they need to really do a super clean on vents, air conditioner? otherwise place was good and employees very helpful.

All in all the stay was nice and the staff could not have been nicer.

Staff was awesome, nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms were ample in size

The rooms (bathroom in particular) was showing wear. wallpaper in bathroom was beginning to pull away from the wall and was dated.

The hot tub had a thick ring around it and when i asked for things to clean it myself no one came i had to wait a hr then i went looking my self to find things to clean the tub after paying 280 a night everything should have been taking care of before i got to the hotel

We stayed two nights, but our towels were not replace and our trash was not taken out.

Peace and quiet for a few days

1st we got a Jacuzzi tub room will be added the water there was all kinds of floating stuff in it we told the guy downstairs all he did was he switched to rooms maintenance was not called until we found maintenence. 2nd we did ask for late check out and About an hour before our late check out time we had the housekeeper bang on our door and then ringing our room.
